Purtroppo la mia azienda ha una convenzione con Poste Welfare
L''esperienza è sempre estremamente negativa, ogni occasione, cavillo e più in generale ogni scusa è buona per rimandare risposte o rimborsi. il servizio clienti è pessimo, assente e completamente non preparato.
Capitolo a parte le strutture convenzionate, poche e concentrate solo nelle grandi città.
In pratica da evitare.
Purtroppo la mia Cassa di previdenza, quella dei Dottori Commercialisti, ha stipulato una convenzione con questo ente. L'esperienza è stata estremamente negativa: ottenere risposte è molto complicato, il contact center è spesso irraggiungibile e le procedure risultano poco chiare e inutilmente complesse. Sconsiglio vivamente di affidarsi a Poste Welfare; purtroppo la qualità del servizio offerto è in linea con quella, a mio avviso, già riscontrabile in molti altri servizi del Gruppo Poste.
La lista delle strutture convenzionate e/o delle prestazioni erogabili non è aggiornata. Prenotare con convenzione diretta è molto difficile, vista anche la scarsità di strutture convenzionate (almeno per alcune prestazioni).
