Got a sheep skin rug delivered from a Te Awamutu store to my brother living in Te Awamutu 5 minutes from the store. Delivery fee was $10. Poste haste handed the package to another courier company because they don't do rural delivery. The package was signed for by NZ post I guess, then my brother was told it's no longer post hastes problem as it had been handed over to someone else. 6 days to delivery a gift for a newborn just down the road. Donkeys.
My overnight package has now been 5 days, and with the long Easter weekend coming up, nobody is looking for it. Made several calls, package can't be located. If it ever arrives my overnight package will take at least 8 days. What a disaster. 🥵
Never never never again.
This company probably deserve 0 stars as a review. Probably avoid companies that use this crap courier service to deliver products. I've had stuff delivered a few times by post haste. Always long waits after products have been dispatched. What would usually be overnight or a 1 day wait with other companies can take over a week with multiple follow up with this company, track and trace is useless and never gives factual information
Forged my signature and left package on doorstep right above a clear big sign saying to put all packages behind gate and not to leave on doorstep.
Hopeless
2 days on board for delivery
Then delivered to wrong address.
Parcel clearly addressed to my address. Sender had paid for "signature required". Checked tracking and it showed delivered. Photo was not my house. A scribble shown for signature. Phoned Post Haste but could only get answer machine. Left a message with my contact details. Drove around the area looking for a house similar to photo. Was lucky enough to find it with parcel sitting in full view of street. Spoke to the owner of that house who had been home all morning. He was unaware of the delivery. Still haven't heard back from Post Haste. They obviously don't care.
Absolute garbage, failing at the basics, avoid buying anything from businesses that use these clowns. You don't always get what you pay for. NZ Post Wellington to Auckland standard post was delivered overnight. Poste Haste delivery picked up from neighbouring suburb same time, gone, disappeared, no tracking information nothing... great service for twice the price NOT.
I can see from my tracking number that the courier picked up my parcel at 1.57pm on Friday 24 Feb. It's now Wednesday 1 March and it still hasn't been delivered. Called to see what the story is and was told that because the courier didn't get around to delivering it on the day they picked it up, it had been taken back to the depot!!!!! Also they could not/would not commit to delivering it within the next couple of days. Don't use this company if timeframes are important to you.
Speedy fix!
I had a pacel that wasn't moving on tracking and i emailed them and it arrived a few hours later! Speedy reply too! I knew it would of taken a while due to the bad weather we had it arrived faster than my other pacel I ordered at least 3 days prior (they aren't delivering this on sadly)
They don't even make it on the list of worst courier companies, they are that bad.
Avoid this company at all costs, if you can.
Woman driver of van seen on camera to come up into driveway get out of van get parcel but instead of leaving it at the front door out of view, puts box into letterbox. Box squashed as it's too big for letterbox. Why not take it up to front door?? Lazy service!
Parcel left in carport in full view of people walking past.
Never use this courier service.
Took 4 days to get my parcel moved from Auckland to wellington. Only updated the tracking number once I rang up and inquired, they informed me it is with the driver and will be delivered that day. It did not get delivered, so I rang up the next day to find out they had lost the parcel and no idea where it is. Could take a couple days to locate it again and get it delivered.
Absolutely horrific, customer service team couldnt care at all, acting like this is common occurrence.
Zero was not an option! I had to leave ONE star! My 3 items bought from Bunnings were picked up on Monday, 16 January 2023, and as at Friday, 20 January 2023, I have not received them as the tracking says it is still at the depot! Why is it after 5 days, are my things stil in the depot? A hopeless courier company!
Abysmal. Vital that an ID card be delivered Auckland to Wellington overnight. Was given a "guarantee, it'll be there in the morning". It wasn't. This company does everything it can to avoid any human contact - everything is "hang up and go to our web site". I'm about to spend $45 on a Disputes Tribunal filing fee to regain $8.95 cost.....the publicity will be worth every penny. All care and no responsibility doesn't cut it anymore.
Sent two parcels 22nd December across Auckland. Its now 9 January. Courier had to go 20 mins down the road to drop them off. Customer service a joke, cut and paste answers that avoid responsibility or any kind of human empathy for 2 weeks now. They couldn't care less and there is no way to speak to anyone that is higher up and take responsibility. The guy that picks up the parcels is lovely, but the way this company runs their business is morally bankrupt and disgusting. If you are that busy, stop taking on new customers…basic math.
I don't even think they deserve a 1 star. Local delivery picked up 5 days ago. Was told it is amongst all the other parcels that wont be delivered before Xmas. They are too busy. It was a childs xmas present and they are too lazy to actually deliver something 15 minutes from their depot. Do not use this company. No staff. And they had the cheek to hike up their prices a couple of months ago.
Parcel was picked up by courier driver and scanned. That was it no more scan updates. Phone calls and emails asking about parcel reply was we do not know. Took 7 days from Christchurch to North Canterbury. Once NZ Post got the parcel for Rural Delivery was delivered within 24 hours. Don’t use Post Hast if Rural Delivey.
Driver said it’s closed business as reason for dropping it back to the depot. It’s a private address. No record of first phone call but unlikely to get delivered this week maybe next. Can pick it up if they can find it and have to wait for their call to say they found it that may or may not come before 2 tomorrow. Terrible service
Ordered some goods worth over $600 so paid for the signature delivery. Despite being home and with lights on in the house, the parcel was left on the door step in full view of anyone that walked down the street. Good luck more than anything else meant it wasn't stolen. Someone needs to inform their drivers what signature required means
