3 working days plus a weekend, 5 days have passed and my package from Avondale to Albany has not been received yet. When I called Posthaste, the operator looked like she was awake and had to spell the letters again for her multiple times.
the best thing you could do to improve would be to cease courier work or any other contractual work you lose items and dont think you should be accountable your answer is not to answer emails or complaints very bad service
Last month (Jan 2024), I purchased a reasonably valuable item (several hundred dollars) which was shipped using Post Haste (via their "Pass the Parcel" channel with a signature required service standard). I was home, but the courier left the item on my doorstep and forged my signature (he signed my last name, which he also spelled wrong) ! I phoned Post Haste to complain and was told I would receive a follow-up, but it never happened. I'm currently waiting on an "overnight" inter-city delivery that was created on Monday and picked up on Wednesday (to be fair, Tuesday was a public holiday); it's now 2pm on Friday and the item status has not changed. I have never had a good experience with Post Haste, and only interact with them if a supplier uses them. Use them at your peril.
Update #1: I spoke to a Post Haste representative. All of the staff (that's right, she said ALL) at my local depot are off sick today. However, that does not appear to be the cause of the delay. The package was scanned when picked-up by the originating courier on Wednesday, but was never scanned into that driver's local depot. It appears to have vaporized. A query has been lodged, now awaiting updates.
Supplier noted on parcel signature required so the driver signed for it and chucked it in letterbox. Other noted request on parcel was to please deliver to house and Not to leave in letterbox. Well that worked...NOT! Disgusting service. Had parcels stolen from letterbox.
Trying to start a new business of an online shop and they have been a complete disaster!!!! Never pick up the parcels and because I am new, I don't find out for a while. Ruined my business before I even started!!!!
SlowPaste Courier. Item scanned 2 days ago with local courier in Te Awamutu and no further scan or delivery.
Courier driver for our areas is a lazy piece of work. Either never attempts to deliver to actual address despite informing office it is safe to deliver with dog secured, or drop package to neighbours up the hill. We will now be avoiding businesses that use post haste as a courier service. Do better it's 2024
very poor, twice delivered wrong address and customer service north auckland is rude..
Post haste is terrible .. our package was meant to arrive 1 week before we left on our 10 day trip around the South Island… “ 1 Week later the day we leave for our trip” our package still hasn’t came, so we call the company and they say it will be here in 10 minutes, so we think “ok that’s fine” 40 minutes later they still haven’t came and we start to panic so we call them again a the girl says “I’m so sorry I will call the delivery guy” and then she hangs up and calls back and says “he is almost here could u wait 5 more minutes” 2 hours later!! He is still not here so we call again and at this point we have to to call our hotel and explain why we haven’t arrived yet. after we call our hotel we call post haste again they say he will be here between 1.40pm and 2.40pm. And the time is 3pm and he still not here
Not impressed posts haste not using u again
Absolutely crazy this courier is still around.... I had a parcel I ordered start of November, first shipment was
"broken", second replacement was "lost" I called up on 19th December to find out where the new replacement was. Lady on the phone didn't have a clue, you'd think being tracked they would right? Turns out this replacement could also be "lost".
I urge companies to boycott this courier and for customers to push the places they purchase from to not use this courier, I've seen too many negative reviews they can't keep getting away with this.
Ordered goods Saturday. Courier collected Monday pm. Phoned to query delivery on Wednesday. Phoned to query again on Friday as parcel tracking showed delivered. Was told parcel had been delivered 2 streets away and this would be fixed. Gave up waiting and took a walk. Met the lady next door to place parcel delivered to. Courier had tried to put it through her window. Uplifted my parcel from the mailbox of "delivery" address as neighbour said they were away on holiday. Don't know who signed for the parcel! Tried to phone Post Haste to say I had the parcel but switch board had closed down early. Unexplained desire to take up foetal position. Best avoided if you can.
Absolutely the best customer service. Polite and helpful. You set and ecpamle especially to NZ Post
Their service is crap
Bad experience. Their name should be "Post Lost, and we don't answer our phones"
Terrible service, purchased items under impression of a 2day ticket means delivered to me in 2days only to be told the 2 day is depot to depot finally got after a week, track and trace never works and difficult to understand, getting email updates not for me ect ect will not use again
For the second time in a few weeks a parcel from Temu, which was correctly addressed, was left two houses up the road. All the letter boxes in my cul-de-sac are numbered but the local Post Haste courier doesn't seem to notice that. Other courier companies can deliver to the correct place. Why can't Post Haste?
The first time I contacted them they got back to me and were apologetic. This time, nothing.
I have on my packages ( every package from Temu) where to leave it so it doesn't get pinched... and still everytime its left in the mailbox. I even caught the delivery guy one day and explained to him where to leave it. But I got home today and another package was in the mailbox. im getting really annoyed and will also stress my dissatisfaction to Temu directly now.
I'd like to leave no stars review. Parcel collected in Albany at 10.50am Monday, still not delivered to Mt Eden by end of business Friday. No response to email enquiry regarding delivery. Business is rubbish, avoid at all cost.
Worst service, my
Parcel with local branch for two days , been their office two days , even though they have promised me that I will get by end of the day I’m still waiting and because today was Friday I won’t get at least before Monday . Worst service ever!!!
Absolutely disgustingly poor service and I will not use a business that uses any courier service affiliated with Poste Haste from now on. I like to support local businesses but if they use post haste or anything associated I'm forced to take my business off shore. Faster, cheaper and more reliable. What a joke.
Something bizarre happened. Posthaste delivered inside my home when no one was home. They took a photo of the parcel INSIDE my house. I only left a tiny crack in the window open. Did they open the window and drop it nicely on the table? Did they jump in to ensure it sat nicely on the middle of the table. That's a bit overzealous and intrusive. I appreciate they might have wanted the parcel safe but I would have been happy to come to their depot to pick up since I was absent from home. Has this happened to anyone else?
