Customer "understands nothing" and that's the problem !
Package coming from China, destination is Italy. Tracking has stopped on november 3rd. We are november 8th, and PostNL was the last carrier to be in possession of the package and bringing it to some partner for transport (netherlands > italy). Contacting them, I've been told that I don't understand how this kind of shipment works, that nothing is their fault, along with some other excuses like we don't even scan this kind of packages normally, blablabla. PostNL, do you really believe this is how it works ? You are the last company to ever see the package, the seller was informed. Tracking shows that you scanned the package correctly until it is said to have "crossed the border" If both me and the seller engage legal actions against you for losing or stealing the package, you will probably remember that it was YOUR responsability, suddenly, won't you ? I suggest this escalates quickly and that I manage to get ANY sort of news from this package ON the 10/11 otherwise make sure trouble is coming. It took 3 days for this package to reach the netherlands from China, and I should accept 0 updates for a 800€ package during 6 days ? Such lazy working is to be expected only of a failing company. PS : your workers in the chat are anything but helpful. It is so plainly visible that they receive instructions to do so. Absolute shame.
Wrong tracking info for weeks
The tracking info hadn't been updated for weeks, causing a number of problems to me and other people down the line. The item had already been picked up weeks ago, and the info is still Waiting for delivery. I contacted the customer service ( after a meaningless ping-pong conversation with a feeble-minded AI assistant Deen) and finally reached a rude human assistant, who not only answered as a robot Yes and No, but didn't help at all! The issue is still unsolved, I am losing money and nobody seems to give a dime as to what's going on. I was advised that it is an unreliable and good-for-nothing service, which should be avoided at any cost,if possible.

The second time, nobody came to the delivery address.
Insanely bad service, as they say they solve the problem, but that's also not true.
Post NL left my parcel to a neighbour but no house number given
Post NL left my parcel to a neighbour but did not give me a note or paper telling me which neighbours received the package. It is like playing hide and seek with them as there are hundreds of doors on my street.
I've tried already two evenings going to each house and still have no found my package after two days.
Why can't you simply leave a note telling me which house the package has been left at?
What even was the reasoning behind this?
I observed from my window the delivery man go straight to my neighbours (so I didn't even suspect it was in fact MY package) where he hid the package below a pile of rubbish. Didn't ring their doorbell, or mine, and cherry on top of the cake didn't leave a note in my mailbox... so no one would have found this package if it had been unwitnessed!
(Oh and the tracking says it's been delivered to me directly :eyeroll:)

It was stuck at the X´rays machine. Maybe because of Coconut Oil or Vaseline...I BEGGED to OPEN it and after making sure, there is nothing dangerous, sent it to ARMENIA. My package was not received even though they claim on their website that the package was delivered. Now it is impossible for me to get a refund or reshipment from the sender as they believe I have received the package. And trying to get ANY help from PostNL is IMPOSSIBLE!!!

They said a letter would take 3-5 days normally to arrive, maximum 14 days, well it has been more than 14 business days and they have lost my parcel and better yet they don’t want to be responsible of the lost of MY parcel! Worst customer service EVER
No Reliable
Post NL states that a package was delivered at my home address. I was at home, I opened the entrance building door for the delivery, but when I went downstairs, nothing is there. I immediately called POST NL and they cannot contact the delivery person. So I must wait for a resolution, which can take time. Super annoying this type of service.
Later, I got an email from Post.NL stating that they have contacted the deliver person and he confirms the package was left at the stairs of the building. Nope. There was nothing for me there.
Around 21h40m someone rang my door, and via the intercom I left the lady come in to the lobby: she was holding the package I was expecting to have received. When I asked her how she had my parcel, she said: it was delivered at my home.
This lady lives 2 streets down my home! Totally another street name and different house number.
Yeah, it came with a resolution as THE LADY was kind enough to bring me the parcel. But I wonder why POST.NL didn't have the same attitude on tracing the parcel? No wonder this company has such bad reviews, because with the experience today, after living in Adam for several years, this was the first time a problem came. However, I am quite annoyed with the lack of resolutions from POST.NL. Just asking the deliver person (who has to handle thousands of deliveries in short time), is not enough. I do understand the hard work of delivering parcels, pressure, and etc... I am not blaming the person. I am just intrigued how POST.NL handled this situation. Or should I say "didn't handle at all".
