Disgraceful level of service

I’m giving 1 star only because I can’t give less.
For two days in a row PostNL promised delivery between 13:00–16:00. I stayed home both days specifically for this, yet they claimed they “couldn’t find me at home.” They changed the delivery window multiple times and then postponed the delivery again. Completely unacceptable and unfortunately not the first time.

To make matters worse, during my previous delivery they handed my TV to a completely random person, about the seventh house down the street. It never showed up again. It’s essentially gone.

From now on, whenever I order anything online, I will explicitly ask the store to ship it with any carrier except PostNL!
Truly a disgraceful level of service…

Worst delivery service.
I've lived in different countries and I can confirm this service is the worst. They constantly change delivery days without respecting your time. Dont' trust them.

Never get packages to my home!

I have had so many packages that have been ordered to my home and not once has one actually been delivered to my door, I get a notification of failed delivery, while I am literally sitting 10 feet away from my front door. I don't think the drivers even bother driving to my house, they just dump the packages at the nearest drop area. I am not sure why this is but it's getting old! I don't pay for half a delivery, I wish I could pay half the price of shipping and justify it with the cost of driving a 40 minute round trip for each package.

Package stuck since 3 October no update or clear support

My parcel has been stuck in PostNL’s system since 3 October, showing the status: “Error during shipment delivery. More information to follow.” There have been no updates for days, and the package still hasn’t been delivered.

I tried contacting customer service, but the chatbot is useless and offers no real help. When I finally reached a human agent after waiting around 10 minutes on the phone, they just told me to “wait another day and call again.”

I’m already paying for this delivery service, and it shouldn’t be this hard to get basic information about where my package is. There’s no transparency, no proactive communication, and the whole process feels incredibly inefficient.

PostNL really needs to fix their tracking system and customer support, because this experience is completely unacceptable.

Every single time when my order is…

Every single time when my order is coming by this company ( and it did few times this year) I have to go to pick up place, even though I pay for delivery to address. They never even try to deliver to the address(I have cameras in front of door and door ring). Very poor service and feels like a stealing! If I pay for home delivery who gives you right to change it, since you didn't even bother to try the delivery to the address! Shame!

Afgeleverd in bus maar staar niks

It says delivery was throughd in the mail box but didn’t any thing and they may deliver it to wrong address or never camed.. normally it should be on the door and ringing the door with hand pass very bad service this is not how u should handle with people good i hade something very important in my delivery I hope it wount get lost or stolen….

Worst delivery experience ever

Worst delivery experience ever. Every time I get someone sent by Post NL there are problems. They almost never meet their own promised delivery date or time, they often unilaterally redirect packages from an address to an office without even letting you know, they never give a reason why their service is so bad and now they make it every day harder to even speak to a human. The only way of getting any assistance is through an AI that does nothing and just takes every possible turn to prevent allowing you to speak to any actual human. To top it all up when you do speak to someone the answer is "we will let someone know so this doesn't happen again", which of course it WILL happen again. Not even apologies or alternative solutions. They just don't care. I have lived in several countries and I have never experienced a post/delivery/courier service so sloppy, dysfunctional, disrespectful, inhumane as this one. I strongly recommend to avoid Post NL whenever you can (which sadly is usually not even possible).

Terrible service

Terrible service! The package didn’t come to my address and it took 3 days from the initial delivery date for my package to be available at the pick-up point. It happens like this a lot lately. If you need something urgently and you need your package to arrive the next day, PostNL is not the best choice at the moment.

Postnl is the very worst!

Postnl is the very worst!! If i have a package with them, i already know it wont be delivered and i will have to drive to a postnl point to pick it up. Days later. I am sooo tired of it. Every time they send a message as of the delivery failed on my part and then go to drop off at the point. I am always home, my husband works from home too. Soooo annoying. I have never had such bad service ever. Unbelievable.

I’m honestly exhausted with my…

I’m honestly exhausted with my experience using PostNL. Every time one of my packages gets handed over to them: especially when it’s assigned to a motorcycle or bicycle courier, the delivery becomes a nightmare. The tracking usually says “out for delivery,” but nothing ever shows up. I’ve waited five, six, even more days, and still no package.

Post NL, tampering with mail

Post NL, tampering with mail. My package arrived today and it was cut open on one side with a knife, maybe to check the contents. The driver made no attempt to explain this, so i guess it is Post NL custom to open private packages???

The worst parcel delivery service in Belgium

The worst parcel delivery service with suspicion of organised robbery: parcel supposed to be delivered on NOV 4th: nobody turned up but notification to inform of the delay, through the webpage tracking.
NOV 5TH; delivery between 17:25 and 19:25. I saw on the webpage that the parcel had been delivered at 19:24, but no parcel available at front door, next dor,... No driver rang the bell, no notice of delivery to a nearby center.
Had to report to the merchant. No sign of postNL since and parcel is reported "vanished".

International order from China "disappears" the moment is handed to PostNL

International order from China, with China updating me at every turn and change until the parcel arrives at PostNL.
Then, nothing. Parcel scheduled for arrival on November 1 to November 4, and is since October 29th that PostNL went full silent since receiving the parcel. Mind you, it took 3 days for the parcel to move 10 thousand kilometres, and is week 3 out of day 6 for the parcel to cover another 1300 km.
Contacting them gives no results, and the chat bot seems to not find the tracking number, that the Chinese seller PREDECLARED to PostNL even prior to the shipment. Chinese seller is baffled as well, considered they paid the premium tier to respect the commitment.

Countless inquiries only fake excuses....

Countless inquiries into a package that has been sent from Canada to Argentina have gone unanswered. The lack of respect from the Customer Service agents online to the false excuses by emails. I am surprised this postal company is still around and the citizens of the wonderful country of The Netherlands have not kicked them out and given the job to another private / publicly funded company (according to myself and many other reviews) they simply can not do the job .

My package was lost

My package was lost in September in November I received a message saying it was available for pickup at a Post NL location. The location didn't have the package, and no one knew where it was, even though I received an email saying it was ready for pickup. Communication with Post NL is down, only the chatbot is working. I don't know why Post NL exists.

Cancelled package without notice

When i tracked my order, it appeared as "cancelled by the sender". I contacted the sender, and they responded they did not know why this has happened, and that it must've been PostNL. This is crazy to me, because if i had not tracked the package, i doubt i would have heard anything, until i got impatient after a few days waiting for when the package was supposed to be delivered. It is CRAZY to me, that the sender is not involved at all with PostNL cancelling the package - its crazy to me that neither the sender nor PostNL notified me at all.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Five people were at home waiting, no one rang the bell, and I got a message saying it was delivered to a neighbour — but it never arrived. The package is now lost. Very poor service from PostNL.

Worst delivery service

It’s always something with PostNL, they either don’t ring the bell or say that you’re address is incorrect while it is!! I’m always anxious when my package is being delivered by PostNL, never know if you’ll receive it or not. So frustrating!!!! Like today, my package was returned cause they said my address was incorrect, the usual!!! I don’t know if they are lazy to drive to people’s house or what????
