The reviews don't lie

Never has this Company delivered on the promised date and time. Maybe pitch a realistic time instead of making empty promises every single time.

PostNL: Deliveries Straight to the Twilight Zone

On March 28th, I received a lovely notification that my delivery had arrived except, surprise, it didn’t. I was lounging on my balcony all day, and not a single knock, not a peep, and not one neighbor saw it either. Fast forward to March 30th Monday morning I’m waiting, and oh, what a plot twist, the delivery guy didn’t even work that day! So, my precious package has officially vanished into thin air. A truly magical experience with PostNL.

PostNL is the WORST of all delivery…

PostNL is the WORST of all delivery services in the country. They do all kinds of wrong action. Not sending notifications, drop package at (very) wrong place. It's so lucky when things are delivered correctly.

Hi postnl.

Hi postnl.
As belgian, it is not possible to create a customer account.
The office is closed in the weekend
The package instead of being redelivereld as being rerouted. People are working during the week. Now we discovered that the shop where is package is closed in the weekend.

You are never getting custom fees back…

You are never getting custom fees back when you object. It’s a scam. I provided all the requested documents in the form and it still didn’t get approved. I ended up paying 35e for something that my brother sent me from UK and I had already own and bought from NL. Ridiculous

Pakket twice delivered altough fault in ardres (house number incorrect not exsisting) , pakket delivered at alternatieve house number. After checking both adresses , nothing delivered. Complaint at company where I ordered the goods without any result.
Complaint at PostNl only possible with chatbot. No result.
I should expect in case delivery adres is not clean, goods Will be returned to sender. In my case it is very questionable what happend with the goods….

I would appreciate a smart map

I had 3 packages for delivery, but only 2 out of 3 I was able to set up the delivery time to saturday when I'm at home.
On the 3. package saturday was not available... but on friday it was automatically set to saturday by postnl to the same day like the other 2.
So big compliment on this. ^^
Only annoying thing that I can't choose my own pickup point, cause if it's full postnl will drop it to somewhere else randomly.
I would appreciate a smart map that shows real-time which packetpoint is available or full, to make my own choice.
(Like 3 km from my home could be more far for me in the opposite way where I never go than 10km away but next to my workplace.)

Government needs to shut down postNL

Government needs to shut down postNL’s parcel delivery service. There’s no point they exist. The primary job of a delivery company is to deliver the parcels. PostNL or the driver whoever makes the decision always decides to not deliver the parcel. I have to go to a random pick up location to get it. They don’t even pick the nearest shop. The reason for not delivering home is unknown. They just decide always to not deliver it. Don’t give an option to deliver to an address. Say you only deliver to pick up locations.

Poor Customer Assistance

I am writing to express my frustration with the way my recent shipment and customer service interactions were handled. I called PostNL three times regarding a package that was mistakenly returned to me (I am the sender), instead of being delivered to the receiver as it should have been. During my first call, the agent I spoke to confirmed that the mistake was clearly on PostNL’s side and advised me to call back for a refund of the shipping label once the package was returned. Yesterday I picked up the package and paid for a second shipping label to send it again. Today, when I called to request the refund as instructed, the agent I spoke to was unhelpful, dismissive, and frankly rude. He refused to acknowledge the error, ignored my explanation that the package was never supposed to be returned to me, and insisted there was nothing he could do. This was extremely frustrating, especially since the issue was not caused by me. The agent gave the name “Joal,” though at this point I doubt that was a real name. Fortunately, when I called again, I reached another agent who was polite, understanding, and resolved the issue immediately by issuing the refund. I appreciate their help, but the contrast between the two experiences is unacceptable.
For a company as large as PostNL, the quality of customer service should be consistent. It is disappointing that customers have to call multiple times and deal with unprofessional behavior just to correct an error made by PostNL.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better training and oversight of your customer service staff.

Avoid at all costs

They received the parcel from Belgium bound for the UK on March 1st, no updates till March 9th. On March 9th status updated to shipped to the UK, later updated to "ready to be shipped" effectively backtracking on status. March 11th now, still not shipped to the UK. I'm travelling for work soon and at this rate, the parcel won't get here before March 17th when I leave. How are they still trading is beyond me

How these guys still operate as a business is beyond me. I've been waiting on a package that hasn't moved on their track and trace in 10 days. Their customer service is non-existent so who knows when/if it will arrive. Shocking.

The absolute worst delivery company

The absolute worst delivery company. Twice now I've paid for 'door-to-door' service, and they are so incompetent that they just lie and mark it as 'recipient not home.' I have a 24/7 doorman who confirmed they never even tried to deliver it. Now I have to go pick it up myself. Pure laziness!

Their ETA is rarely correct!

Their ETA is rarely correct!

You shouldn't tell people we will be at your door, for example, 13:00-13:30, but show up in the evening after 19:00. It wasn't during the peak weeks of Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, or anything. A simple, boring Monday in March.
