extremely poor services from POSTNORD
POSTNORD delivered the package (it was actually two packages dropped off at the same time), within two days they delivered the package all back to the drop-off point (or it never left), customer service a complete failure (mostly none existent) so it took a lot of time and effort to get them to correct their mistake, eventually the package was delivered, but week late

This is the worst service I have ever…
This is the worst service I have ever seen, and my personal value judgement is that they intentionally didn't deliver my parcel and started an absolutely impudent lying that my address to which they systematically had been delivering successfully tons of paper from the state aithorities before was invalid and they allegedly couldn't find my location to which all the mail from the state bodies had been delivered by them without any obstacle ever before so they just sent my parcel back to the sender without sending me either email or SMS notification that my parcel had arrived and I could pick it up in some shop as they did this the previous time in case of parcels, so they just sent my purchase I sharply needed back to the sender and just put me before the fact that they had already done this. I do not recommend this service.
