I think the step will have its uses; however, I am struggling to use the rocking element, which is what I need the most, due to it sliding backwards on the carpet. I will now have to purchase a non-slip mat to put under it to achieve the most therapeutic use of it. Considering the price, I do not feel this has been good value for money sadly and had I not had to go through the Occupational Health team within my work, I would have purchased something much better value for money which met all of my needs without additional equipment
