I love it, I use it mostly with the curved side up and its like reflexology for my feet because it has little bumps all over it. It also helps with my ADHD in long meetings as I can move my feet by rocking it. Would recommend.

This item is a "must have" for anyone with lower back pain, it aids you to move your hips and legs and in turn moves your lower back muscles whilst sitting or standing. Brilliant item I'm so glad to have it!
The flexibility of this footstool, and being able to have better motion, makes it much better than a standard static footstool.
