The chair is so different to what I previously had. There are multiple features to adjust the chair to my requirements. I have only used the chair for a week and I can honestly say there is a noticeable difference in comfort.

The chair itself is great and offers lower back support. Unfortunately the armrests were too high for me and wouldn't lower enough to be comfortable. I had to unscrew them and remove them completely. I also found it tricky to get the seat angle right, I had to kneel into the back of the seat before I could lock the position into place. My main problem was my lower back support which does, which does work for me after some adjustment, but it took a bit of effort to get it where I needed it to be.
