Easy to set up although I have an issue with the arms in that I cannot put them in a fixed position. When I move from my desk the arms move which means I have to put them back in place. It's annoying.

This chair is extremely comfortable. It has already helped with the issue I had with my back after previously using a kitchen chair while working from home. The chair was very easy to assemble (although quite heavy, don't lift it up stairs by yourself!) My only criticism is that the chair has quite a peculiar smell, I presume from being sat in a warehouse before delivery, it is gradually fading away but it made my whole flat smell very earthy for a week or so... But in the long run I am very happy with this item!

One chair rather than 2 were received
This ergonomic home office chair is very comfortable and gives excellent support to the lower back. The installation engineer adjusted the height and lumbar support and explained all the options. You can even recline the chair every hour to take pressure off your back. This chair is an excellent choice if you have lower back pain. The personalised engineer installation is really worth the extra cost.
