poor communication

Delivery was quick but it was missing 3 items and had to wait 3 months which was really poor as i didn't get any updates i was constantly chasing it. Once finally delivered the set up and engineer was great.

Fantastic service

Posturite came to review my work station following my recent Fibromyalgia diagnosis
They were very thorough, the recommended chair has been a god send, I'm a lot more comfortable whilst at work and in less pain.

Very efficient service

Installation Team were Amazing

The team who came to deliver and to install the items were fantastic and I felt really made the process easy.
The installer set up the chair and showed me all the features, directed me to the online manual etc- didn't miss out a single point! And they took away all packaging etc, it was as if they hadn't been- however they left a lasting impression of how great service still can be!

Great service

The call was very easy and Olly was very helpful and patient with me as the call had to be made 'on-the-go' due to issues getting to the office on time. Delivery was extremely quick

I would not buy from again

Do not buy from them! Order was placed 10 days ago while they promise despatch within 2 working days and the tracking did not work. It shows my order does not exist when I got a confirmation of my order placed and paid for with correct address details to ship to.

Just horrible

Box had holes upon arrival, plastic bag holding the screws was broken so lost screws and other pieces, no manual in the box, table was dirty, everything that could be wrong was wrong, just absolutely horrible 😃

My screen protector came in flimsy…

My screen protector came in flimsy packet and it was damaged with a long crease in it so not useable ,I've had to ask my boss to request a refund and another one and I had to take photos of it too to prove this .
