I would not buy from again

Do not buy from them! Order was placed 10 days ago while they promise despatch within 2 working days and the tracking did not work. It shows my order does not exist when I got a confirmation of my order placed and paid for with correct address details to ship to.

Just horrible

Box had holes upon arrival, plastic bag holding the screws was broken so lost screws and other pieces, no manual in the box, table was dirty, everything that could be wrong was wrong, just absolutely horrible 😃

My screen protector came in flimsy…

My screen protector came in flimsy packet and it was damaged with a long crease in it so not useable ,I've had to ask my boss to request a refund and another one and I had to take photos of it too to prove this .

The Leg Rest is well built and top quality, sturdy and does the job. Communication was great and a stress free transaction.

Would never use again

I found the website very confusing to navigate, and when I contacted customer support for assistance, the response was dismissive and unhelpful.
When the chair was delivered, it arrived poorly packaged, missing the neck roll, and with the wrong backrest. This was extremely disappointing.
I spent several months attempting to resolve the issue, only to be passed between different contacts without any clear resolution. Ultimately, I purchased the correct part elsewhere.
As a result, we chose to place further orders with another company, who not only provided excellent customer service but were also slightly more affordable.

Improvement to service

I initially gave a 1-star rating as the chair was delivered (not on the day I was told it would arrive) and with no communication that someone would come and set the chair up for me, as had been promised. After submitting a complaint, Posturite put this right for me and sent out a technician. The technician, Tom, was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable before he left - he also took away the boxes! My only concern is that the arm rests don't pull out as far as I need, however, they are better than the chair I had previously, so I am being supported more than before. Thank you.

I received a time for delivery

I received a time for delivery, the delivery was smooth and there weren't any issues other than the fact the chair was missing 1 castor. Which is ok, as I had some in a drawer I could add!

Incorrect colour desk delivered

Incorrect colour desk delivered. Then when they came to dismantle it to exchange they were only there to dismantle it, leaving me without a desk to work from and they hadn't brought my new desk.......trying to find out how to fix my chair under warranty took so long and the part was delivered to an office I don't even attend.

I received a response the same day and…

I received a response the same day and and an appointment within 2 days.

The agent i spoke to was very helpful and understood my needs.

I have already received the keyboard, mouse and footstool and just waiting on the chair which will arrive in the next few weeks.

Great Service

The delivery of the chair was quick and efficient. The driver phoned early as he had noticed I had put a note on to say dont come before a certain time. He was so accommodating and delivered before I needed to go out. The chair itself is easy to use and very comfortable. Just getting to know what each button does. All I would say is a manual would be good as you forget or at least I do after being shown.
