I received a response the same day and and an appointment within 2 days.
The agent i spoke to was very helpful and understood my needs.
I have already received the keyboard, mouse and footstool and just waiting on the chair which will arrive in the next few weeks.

Great Service
The delivery of the chair was quick and efficient. The driver phoned early as he had noticed I had put a note on to say dont come before a certain time. He was so accommodating and delivered before I needed to go out. The chair itself is easy to use and very comfortable. Just getting to know what each button does. All I would say is a manual would be good as you forget or at least I do after being shown.

Excellent aftercare and delivery service
The prompt order of the replacement equipment due to a fault with the initial one. The excellent customer and aftercare service I received was very refreshing . The replacement arrived within 24 hours and the courier/delivery services was great too.

delivery failure
delivery failure - notified a 4.55pm (5 min before end of slot), having been told earlier in day that delivery would be made. We now have staff without a desk having paid for old desk to be removed.
1 star is generous.
