delivery failure
delivery failure - notified a 4.55pm (5 min before end of slot), having been told earlier in day that delivery would be made. We now have staff without a desk having paid for old desk to be removed.
1 star is generous.

Good price & the 2 day free delivery was ideal & gave an accurate time window. I will always try to buy stuff from businesses directly - keeping Amazon as a last resort. Only issue I had is that the Posturite 'New Customer' discount code wouldn't work so I just grabbed the one item I needed for now.

Pre assessment was through and suggested chair was delivered really quickly, chap that delivered was very good and knowledgeable.
Chair is really comfortable and great lumber support - and so much better then my previous on I got through work.
