Super service like always

Fair prices and the best shipping routines with tracking and fast delivery.

A part on a replica I bought from them broke a few months after purchase, I emailed asking if I could get just a replacement for the broken part, instead of having to send the whole thing back.
They agreed to get the part from ASG and send it to me.
I did have to follow up a few times to see what the status was, and it did take a (too) long time, but I think that was more on ASG than Powair anyway, but eventually I got the part and could restore the replica to proper working order.
I appreciate the rapid response times and flexibility in dealing with the issue, but it did take too long, hence 4 stars.

Prices are good, the cost of the delivery ,in particular, was very affordable. The items arrived in good condition, i can see they were well maintained. The order arrived in a reasonably short time. I am satisfied.

The delivery on their website states that it should take 8-10 days, but my order arrived within the same week.

Not only that, I also changed my mind about what replica I wanted to order, and quickly contacted them about this. They changed my order before they sent it, no questions asked.

Since I'm new to airsoft, I was refilling the gas chamber of the magazine the wrong way (I didn't hold the gas canister upside down, I just placed the magazine on top of it, only filling it up a little bit). I thought the replica was faulty and tried to get it returned, but they asked for videos showing the issues I had and resolved the issue in the same day I contacted them about it.

They're friendly, super fast, and I couldn't be expect anything more as a customer. I will definitely order from this place more often.

This is the best airsoft shop in Europe. They 've got absolutely everything airsofters need. HPA section is incredible, absolutely stunning. Delivery with Chronopost to EU is about a 5-6 days ( preffer DHL back )

Having recently purchased an Umarex hk416 A5 GBBR I was somewhat frustrated that I couldn't obtain any magazines without having to pay an outrageous amount! I located a French supplier, Powair6, who had what I wanted at a competitive cost. I placed an order for 2 magazines on the Friday. These were delivered DHL the following Monday! Outstanding service. Highly recommended.
