I bought a Powakaddy CT 12 GPS Electric golf trolley and unfortunately had an accident which meant the screen cracked. The Powakaddy team were quick to offer advice, assistance with packing, collection and return of the relevant parts with very speedy response/repair times.

The lower bungee on my fx3 trolley started to wear away after 2 years of use. I emailed PowaKaddy with photos and they have sent me out a replacement. Thanks to Sam who dealt with my query.

My Powakaddy Fx7 is very reliable and does what it says in the tin. I recently had am issue with the Motor Controller Board, Powakaddy support helped diagnose the problem, send me a link to a replacement part, and a video on how to install it; now the trolley is working fine again.

Faulty button on my battery phoned the company arranged to pick up the battery and returned it back to me within 3 days. Always make sure you register your warranty

Had a new rx10 3 weeks and packed up on 2nd hole - not experienced the customer service yet will have to ring tomorrow so let’s hope it exceeds the experience I’ve had with the trolley so far

My battery was playing up after 17 holes and was just under 5 years old. I called and immediately got through to a very helpful chap. He arranged a dpd pickup of my battery. 3 days later I received a brand new one! I wasn’t expecting that at all. Great service!

i will never buy another powakaddy, had the fw3 for a few years but had to retrieve my trolley from a river, a couple of ditches and several trees because of the button, it is absolutely lethal, the faintest accidental touch to the button and the trolleys off and running, the bearings on the front weel have been replaced at least half a dozen times as well

After golf last Saturday my PK lithium ( under warranty) battery would not charge ( red & green alternating flashing lights on the charger. On the same day I took it into the PK agent who confirmed a battery fault. The agent kindly boxed the battery up & suggested I phone PK on Monday. PK staff were sympathetic and helpful and arranged for DPD to collect the battery from my house on Tuesday PM. At 10am today (Friday) a new battery arrived! I’m very pleased with this service!

I bought a C2 golf trolley in 2017 but in 2019 they stopped making this model so there are no spare parts available from Powakaddy and you have to buy from outside dealers who normally take old ones apart .One handle unit which I require is £399.
What about global warming-manufacturers force you to buy new units where existing ones can easily be repaired.A disgrace that companies do not keep spare parts as they used to do for 10 years.Now they stop the moment they move onto the new trolley.
I will only use a firm that keeps stock

Have had to get a 2nd battery under warranty as the button switch broke again.
Service is terrible
Despite agreeing that I am entitled to a new battery it has taken weeks to get the replacement - still waiting
They used to have a service partner in Shankill in Dublin who was great to deal with. Now moved to Limerick and it is terrible with no clarity on resolution. Very frustrating to see something that was working get messed up.
Borrowed my wife’s Motocaddy when my Powakaddy let me down (again!). It was so much more stable, solid and easy to use.
I will not buy another Powakaddy - quality has tanked in both product and service.

Yesterday unfortunately my speed controller stopped working properly. Whilst on my way to the 19th hole I rang customer services and even though my trolley is now out of warranty they immediately sent me a new switch which arrived today. Great service, many thanks

Unfortunately I lost the remote for my trolley during a golf trip. I spoke with customer services on the phone and e mailed regarding my predicament. They vey kindly sent me a replacement control free of charge within a couple of days

I recently contacted PowaKaddy technical support about an issue with my RX1 trolley, and unfortunately, the experience left me feeling far from reassured. The advice I received over the phone didn’t inspire much confidence that the problem would be resolved quickly or effectively. The process I was told to follow—potentially sending the trolley off multiple times for repairs—sounded incredibly inconvenient and not something I’m willing to go through.
After the call, I searched for “RX1” on Trustpilot, only to find countless reviews from other disgruntled customers who’ve faced similar ongoing issues with this model. Many reported having to send their trolleys back several times, with long waits and little resolution, which has only increased my concern.
For the price of this product, I expected far better reliability and a smoother support experience. As it stands, I’m extremely disappointed and hesitant about the road ahead in getting this resolved.
