I bought a small solar powered water pump and regulator from PowerBee about 3 years ago,it has worked well and is still running good, I had a small issue, contacted PowerBee , they were back very quickly and the issue was resolved in no time, I would recommend PowerBee to anyone thinking of purchasing a solar powered water pump.

Absolutely terrible!
back & forth emails. New Unit was sent back, as it did not work. So was asked to send it back( had to pay £3.95) to return it
They say I don’t know how to turn it on & off? I’ve had one for not quite 13 months just out of warranty! not that I think they would agree to any warranty.
So as they have the unit & say it works & that it’s my fault, they want me to pay£5 to return it to me. I have now asked for a refund, and they are refusing

I know nothing about water pumps. When I wanted to buy one I knew what I needed it to do, but after days of looking online for one my head was spinning with all the technical specs and what I initially ordered wasn't exactly right. I might never have got it right if I hadn't emailed PowerBee customer services. They were forthcoming, friendly and patient, answering all my questions over several emails and told me exactly what I needed, with links so I couldn't go wrong. It arrived within 48 hours and as soon as you unpack it you can tell the build quality of the equipment is notably better than the cheap pumps I've bought in the past and the back-up battery means I can enjoy the water feature in the evening, which is when I want to relax in the garden. To be honest, PowerBee customer services have turned this from a headache into a genuinely pleasureable experience. Birgit, if I ever win the lottery, you'll be on my list :)

Product defective and company uncontactable. Ignore emails. Phone line does not work. Waste of money.

I've bought several products over the years and they are fantastic. Exceptional quality compared to the cheap ones you get in garden centres and discount stores. I've had 4 Saturn Solar Path Lights for over 5 years and they still work well all year round.

Delighted that you now provide spares for the Queensbury fountain since it is no longer supported by the supplier.

Found a solar water feature here and it was about £20 cheaper than elsewhere. It was delivered promptly. We would buy from them again.

Quick delivery,lights look good,dropped them on path while putting them up and they just bounced off it and were ok, happy with them so far.
