Needed a new solar panel for my little fairy fountain and found it with this company. Great price and delivery was really quick. Item was well packaged and tracking experience was spot on. Highly recommended and will use again

Great well made product, good quality that should last instead of being thrown in the landfill each year and replaced, saving money and environmental damage. The price on the website wasn't much more than the poorly constructed Amazon ones. Lovely warm lights also.

Product ( solar powered fountain pump) arrived very promptly, fitted correctly to my fountain, which now works much better than it did before.

I seem not to have had an acknowledgment of the order, nor heard of receipt of payment. it took many weeks before a parcel appeared with the pond pump ordered. Eventually had an explanation for the delay and an improved pump system - thank you very much!

Water pump delivered quicker than quoted. Gave me an upgrade without additional charge as item ordered was currently out of stock.

Purchased a lovely little solar water feature. It was excellent value and looks fantastic in the garden.

Ordered this water feature for my garden. I had to contact the company to find out why the parcel was late arriving, they explained that there had been an error dispatching the item, and it arrived the next day which was a day late. When the item arrived I followed the instructions and set it up, and was disappointed to find that the advertised blue LED lights on the water feature were in fact white! I contacted Powerbee who informed me that the website was incorrect and it should have read white lights. They did alter the website to read white not blue lights. Finally after allowing the batteries to charge up for 24 hours as recommended in the instructions I switched the water feature on, it worked OK, but disappointingly not for the 8 hours that it stated on the website, without sun on the solar panel the water feature only runs for about 3 hours.

Excellent service

I searched for lights i wanted and stumbled upon Powerbee.
I am so glad I did, the solar lights I ordered arrived within days and are excellent, very bright and last for hours.
I will be buying more in the next few weeks.
I would highly recommend Powerbee!
