I ordered a pack of 2 uprated Osram bulbs while they were on offer. I fitted 1 bulb to the dip beam on my motorbike and within 200miles it had blown. When I rang PowerBulbs to inform them they immediately sent me a replace pair. I fitted the second bulb from the first set 2 months ago and have had no problems with it at all.
I think I was just unlucky to get a faulty bulb and not PowerBulbs fault who only supplied it. I can't fault their response and I now have 2 spare bulbs as a bonus.

I recently ordered Vision Plus P21W lightbulbs from PowerBulbs, but was unpleasantly surprised by an unexpected €10 customs fee upon delivery. Nowhere during the checkout or in the confirmation email was this additional charge mentioned.

My total order cost was €13.95, and the extra €10 nearly doubled the price of the bulbs. This lack of transparency is frustrating and unacceptable. Customers should be informed of any potential extra charges upfront to avoid such surprises.

I've been using Powerbulbs for years now. Never been disappointed. You might save a quid or two with the big "AMZ" shop but they won't help if your bulb blows after a few months. Warranty on bulbs from Powerbulbs is a big plus. I support UK businesses as much as I can. As for the bulbs themselves, Philips or Osram are safe bets IMHO. All others cannot compete on quality or longevity.

I live the other side of world but the communication, efficiency and pricing of PowerBulbs put them ahead of local suppliers. The cost of postage was very low so even this added cost still ensured the cost from PowerBulbs was lower than local supply. The packaging was such that the goods arrived in perfect condition
