A great company and since have delivered to my address
I have dealt with them over past years and all was well untill this last delivery.
They have obviously changed their delivery system
1. They expect you download an app - why.
2 . They made 2 deliveries without recei ing confirmation I would be in to receive.
3. Again without agreeing with me they delivered to a PICKUP.
They knew I cannot walk far and have to use 2 Nordik canes so cannot carry.
Nobody available to ask or with a car.
Started on 25th October and ongoing
The pickup shop refused to deliver even for payment.
Finally had to obtain a supermarket trolley to use as a zimmer.
It was a battle due to sloping pavements and potholed pavements.
Just made it to the shop. Nowhere to rest. So when another way back and a friend I was passing happened to be in and they invited me in for a cuppa.
If they still operate the same system I will not be using them again.
Previously had no problem.
