I needed to get copies of old bills for…
I needed to get copies of old bills for a closed account in a hurry. My initial enquiry through the PowerNI Messenger channel was disappointing as there was no response for over 2 hours. People expect chat channels to be instant. However, when I emailed them I got a prompt auto-response and follow up emails and they got me sorted very quickly. Great customer service.

Just be careful when signing up that you understand the discount structure I was not informed that the 6% rate has a cut off at 15,00 per qtr and you get no discount over this amount this was not explained to me and I felt misled
