Uncluttered easy to use website, exploded parts diagrams, email and telephone help line, simple ordering and payment, keen prices, good communication, and next day delivery. It’s a shame these people aren’t running the country!

Paid for 4 HC260 planer sprocket wheels. After nearly a month nothing received. No one answers emails through their "contact form".

At 4:30 I noticed the base unit of my Mikita jigsaw was damaged and at first thought it unlikely I could easily buy a replacement part. I quickly found Powertool Spares and the part arrived next morning ( yes 19 hours later ) in the post.

I live in Japan, was unable to buy parts for a Black and decker power saw so ordered from Powertool Spares they have a great website with great diagrams.
I was able to order and receive what I wanted.

Ordered some dremel parts which took a little while as were out of stock but the communication was amazing and kept me updated as to what was happening with my order .
I received the parts within a day of updating they were in stock .
Excellent company will use again and would definitely recommend A+++

Incredibly prompt delivery. I ordered the product one day and it arrived the next! Just before Christmas too, when the post normally slows down.

Ordered a part for my Makita tool which arrived next day. Excellent service and the website is easy to navigate with a great range of Makita tools, would highly recommend.

Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this company . I misunderstood the ordering procedure, when I rang to complain they were excellent and sorted out the problem very quickly.
Will not hesitate to use them again. They knew exactly what parts I was describing when I rang initially.

Rang and asked for advice on a spare part. Was advised of the correct part, I placed the order and it arrived with me the very next day. Fantastic customer service and would certainly recommend this company.

Ordered spare parts online for an angle grinder, wrong item sent out, which in fairness can happen from time to time. Contacted them and returned item to them, informed that replacement item was posted but haven’t received it yet over a month later. Contacted them a number of times via email, found them slow to respond and showed very little interest in sorting out their mistake and generally unhelpful. I’ve given up on them and have got a replacement part elsewhere within two days. Very poor customer service, would not recommend, plenty of other very good companies out there more deserving of business.

awful, non existent customer service. I rang for a saw guard and asked if it came with the fixing bolt as I only really needed the bolt rather than a new guard , the guy in the sales office told me it came complete. Ordered the saw guard and it turns up with no fixing bolt. rang the phone number on their website to explain the problem and see if they'd send me the bolt, was told they'd send me a label to return the saw guard first, and that i'd have to take back to the post office, then when they'd received it i would get my money back. Then i could call them back and order the bolt and pay carriage. Why not just send me the bolt they told me it would come with anyway? now i have to go through the hassle of packaging it up, going to the post office, waiting for my refund and then ordering a bolt! When i said i would order the bolt elsewhere, i was told "good luck, you won't get it from anywhere else".

Ordered a new gearbox for my Metabo impact. Shipped quickly and was quoted 3-10 days for delivery to the USA and arrived in 13 days. Overall great service at a price that cannot be beat!

When you try to cancel an order as they don't expect the stock for over 2 weeks they won't

Very poor customer service, as much to even say diabolical attitudes within the buisness.
Called for a part number to look to be buying and was told "no, as you'll find it cheaper online" - ever heard of pricing within your market?!
I have 4/5 other ride-on mowers, 3 strimmers and all the likes for my buisness which need parts all the time - definitely won't be using this company that's for sure - I dread to think of how after sales customer service is like!!!!!
