I ordered 2 similar parts from this company from their internet site. I had no receipt from them by email. When checking my account on their site I found my order was pending. I phoned them and was told they had the one part in stock but the other part for some strange reason was coming from Belgium, This would take a month. Most strange. I waited patiently for just over a month. No communication from them, so again I had to phone them. Most disgusted to be told the part was unavailable. why had they not told me this either by email or a phone call. The item I needed the spares for had to be disposed of as I could not get the parts elsewhere. They did refund me promptly. On the whole a disappointing experience with this company. Why advertise a product on their website and let you pay for it knowing parts are not available or out of stock. Keep your website updated.

Excellent all round service
Excellent all round service, efficient and fast. Web site is brilliant, especially the exploded parts diagrams. Only slight niggle is that I ordered two drill brushes, when they arrived they came in two packs of two, so actually I only needed to order one - this isn't clear from the parts description. This is only a VERY minor criticism though. Thanks!

Great service and delivery time
Great service. The part I ordered initially was wrong (My error) but they sorted me out over the phone. The part seemed to be a pattern one as the casting was slightly rougher than the original but fitted perfectly. Happy to have my chop saw back working.
