I have sent back an unopened product i purchased. They promised next day delivery which never turned up till 2 days later. Since they have recieved the item back i have had 0 contact from them. They will not reply to a single message,phone call or email. I wont be buying from these again.

Competitively priced, straightforward order and delivery process

Very bad company . Items ordered all shown as in stock . Not true . Promised next working day delivery not true. Immediately offered a future order discount after placing first order (very annoying) . After 5 days they cancelled part of order as they did not have due to ‘incorrect stock levels’ . Still showing on site as in stock Tried to cancel order after non delivery for 5 days and met with silence . NOTE if you want to return items you have to pay courier charges.
Remainder of items delivered in two deliveries after 6 days and I have to wait for Courier firm as deliveries must be signed for .
Will not use this firm again

Order arrived quickly but a square I ordered arrived separately in a bag so isn't square or flat anymore. I can't speak to anyone and the return on the website doesn't work. So yes guess will need to claim it from my credit card.

For the second time , DHL say can’t deliver, Powertool world not refunding until DHL return the parcel.
I’ve never seen or touched the parcel, DHL are powertool worlds courier .

PWT delivery was fine but there was a problem with the Dewalt planner I had bought so I contacted their customer service and they arranged a collection but the courier didn't turn up so I contacted them again, they said they would contact the couriers again but the couriers never turned up again.
So yet again I contacted PWT but they have stopped answering my emails.
So currently I have spent £525 on a damaged tool that I can't use and no way of getting it resolved!!!!

I placed an online order for a DeWalt sander, having firstly researched that it was the best available price on the market. The ordering process was seamless and the delivery arrangement benefited from online tracking so that I knew exactly when it was going to arrive. A highly recommended supplier. 

Very good price for the saw. Delivery was a little expensive but including that it was still a good price. Delivery was wry quick - would highly recommended them.
