SCAMMERS

Ordered two replacement Samsung fridge water filters. The first was fine. Six months later I go to use the second. But it is faulty. Contacted customer services and was offered a replacement which eventually arrived after several emails. Happy with the replacement (thank you), just disappointing it took so many attempts to follow-up.

Needed Jura Water Filters which are a rip off price anyway and Amazon always competitive however discovered this company on Google Search. Much cheaper than Amazon and equal on service. Will use again highly recommended.

I've made four orders so far this year for Jura water filters and cleaning tablets from Pozzani (coffee-filters.co.uk) and I'm very pleased.

Buying three items to get a discount, the price is the best I can find for what are otherwise painfully overpriced manufacturer branded items. Delivery is fast.

Invoice #13000030024 made and paid on March 28. as of April 15, the goods have not been delivered, letters are not answered.

Because this was a replacement tap, the location made it very difficult to fit. Unfortunately, there is a slow drip on the tap. The tap was cheap and you get what you pay for but I wish there had been a better quality alternative. It was so time consuming to fit that until the drip gets worse, we have decided to keep the tap while looking for one of a better quality.

Filters for the Jura bean to cup coffee machine are eye wateringly expensive and so it was delightful to find that Pozzani offer a better price for the brand, and they delivered within 36 hours.
A brilliant experience.

I used Pozzani pure water company as I was looking for filters that would work in my Brita flow. Pozzani was selling a pack of 6 Maxtra plus compatible filters for only £12 which is a considerable saving on Brita ones.
They fit perfectly, work great & most importantly, Pozzani are just down road from me & they delivered the very next day.
Why would you not?

I am very happy with my Filter Logic replacement cartridge which I always purchase from Pozzani. The price is good and delivery is always quick.

Slightly disappointed! Ordered & paid for the Pozzani IX600 No10 Kitchen Spring (Hard Water) Filter. When the parcel arrived, I found that the tool to remove the filter casing was missing. Contacted Pozzani, who informed me that I would need to buy the tool seperately, as it was not part of the purchase - even though it clearly shows the tool on the webpage, with the other items that were included - where you place your order! Pozzani inform me that they will amend the images on their webpage. Doesn't leave me satisfied - they did acknowledge that it was their issue, as it was there on the order page. I felt they should have sent me one - at least as a goodwill gesture. Not that I was asking for something that I didn't feel entitled to ask for. Shame. Hey- ho!!

Excellent service. I get reminded as to when my filters need to be renewed. I find this very useful and just click to re-order.
I don’t have stupid niggles. This company is top class.

No major issues over a long service span - the only issue is lack of reminders with filter renewal, would be appreciated.

Beware, these Brita filter replacements need to be washed out, before use.
A major chore.
They cannot just be taken from the packet and installed.
