OK, first the good. They obviously love what they do, the items are cared for and the protectors are amazing. I had a pair of glow in the dark Pops and they came with black lights to make them glow (nice touch). The arrived quickly and well packaged.

The Negatives and please don't misunderstand, these are just things I don't really get into and as such it's my opinion only so I haven't reduced their score. They sent me an email about spreading by word of mouth (which I don't mind) but asking me to join some kind of "spread the word" scheme which could make me a few pennies here and there. Don't mind advertising but it felt like more of a pyramid scheme than a business strategy (sorry guys).

They bombard you with discounts. One in the box for next sale (valid for 1 month only though) which I couldn't get to work. One for my first review (which did) and one seemingly every time I logon as a 15 minute special. One I got after I bought 2 items, asking me to buy more. It felt a little desperate and annoying, we all love discounts but your website and product is mostly good enough to sell itself, chill on the "Please buy stuff" mantra.

I still give these guys 5 stars as this is "trust"pilot and not about their business strategy. Overall, I love this site and they have some rare stuff and really give a monkeys about what they do. I can close the offers, and I can forgive that I didn't get 20% off my order due to the code failing, because I got what I wanted and fast, I am still waiting (4 months) for an item from Pop in a Box, so I much happier with these guys.

This company never fails to please me , always well packed and speedy delivery , keep an eye out as they have some really great deals on sometimes , I will be putting another order in soon thank you PPJOE’S , excellent service 👍🏻

Ordered some funko pops over a month ago. They were never dispatched and I was always fobbed off with the excuse they will be dispatched next week.
I physically had to state that I will be going through PayPal for a refund if they hadn’t arrived by the 2 month mark.
I was refunded and my order cancelled with no details / updates.
Very poor communication had they kept me updated with the situation I wouldn’t be as annoyed.

Great delivery and best packing ever, this is not understood by a pot of suppliers. I have switched from a main competitor inabox because they are unable to deliver items that are not smashed to bits. PPJ products and pops are always great prices and always protected by a case.

I have ordered a few funko pop vinyls and, have always been happy with the service. I think ppjoe should update more on pre-orders that are in excess of at least a couple of months though. Never the less i am happy with buying from these people.

it was a gift, my friend received it well and loved it. I had asked by email and after ordering, that the price be hidden. I got an immediate response and my request was respected.
