Great service from the team at Precept Finance especially from brother Shamim and sister Maleesa. We had completed two transactions (refinance and new mortgage) with Precept starting from April 2021. We cannot have asked for a better service. The support and professionalism was impeccable. Ashraf personally handled both of our files and he was always on hand to help with anything we needed (at times he stayed out of hours to ensure my work was dealt with on time). Gatehouse bank had innumerable enquires which caused us immense stress (some enquires were astounding), however Ashraf took this all upon himself to resolve all these issues and get us the approval we needed. We could not have asked for a better broker! Ashraf's work ethic is beyond impressive, along with the emotional support also provided to us!
We will DEFINITELY be using Precept again and this is highly recommended!
