Fantastic labels
I am a first time buyer of Precious Labels and I found them fabulous to deal with.The service was prompt and the personalised iron on labels were easy to apply. My Mum loved the design. Highly recommended.

Unprompted review
Service wasn't great - happy with product though
Service wasn't great, didn't really read my emails and couldn't find details of previous order even when given order number. Were going to print and send the wrong type of labels as a result. Then when corrected they mucked around the invoice several times.

Labels stay stuck!
Labels are great quality, I've bought here before and they stayed stuck for aaaggges, dishwasher, washing machine all ok for literally around 2 years!

Great product but delivery systems could be improved
It was a great product -and easy to order online. However even though I entered the postal address at the time of purchase delivery was delayed because some days later I received an mail asking for additional postage to cover the rural delivery fee (or I could choose other options). It so happened that I did need these items fairly urgently and this lag in communication delayed the delivery.
