Precious Packaging went out of there way to deliver what I needed in a very tight time scale.
Not only does the product exceed expectation but the price is exceptional. All delivered on time.

This is the first time we've used Precious Packaging to produce any of our printed collateral and it's been a truly refreshing process.

The people at Precious Packaging were very helpful as we were let down by another bag supplier at the last minute. They worked with us to get exactly the spec we wanted and arranged a part delivery to ensure we weren't left with merchandise and no bag to put it in!

When the bags arrived, they were exactly what we hoped for. The quality of the bags was excellent and everything was printed perfectly.

All round, a very helpful and professional service.

Everything seemed to go like clockwork. Selecting the product, design, print and delivery. Best of all, Andrew kept me well informed along the way. Brilliant customer service!

Fast delivery, really good quality bags & cheapest i could find

I made contact with Precious Packaging in July 2014 to print bags for my boutique. It is now November 2014 and I have still not received them! I have made numerous complaints and stilI nothing have paid fully A completely frustrating company to deal with. I have demanded a refund which wasn't produced until I put a review on this website and almost immediately I was contacted by the company and was offered a fully apology and my money back. Unfortunately this has cost me a lot of wasted time as no other company can provide me with bags before Christmas. After rectifying the situation by means of a refund I would not do business with Precious Packaging.

i could not find fault with any part of my order. Lindsey was able to help me with an almost impossible request, my bags arrived with a couple of days. I would have no hesitation recommending Precious Packaging to anybody.

I can't recommend working with Precious Packaging enough - great communication with Matthew, super speedy delivery, a real sense that they are trying hard to do a great job. It was not exactly the medium size fish and chips packaging I initially ordered, but the replacement product was fine. Boxes and delivery fees to France were reasonably priced compared to other sites. Many thanks.

I would recommend this company to everyone. I ordered an iPad stand for my husband and I had quite a short time scale so emailed direct to see if the order could be done on time.
I was assured it would, and within a couple of days I took delivery of the item. The quality is superb and the engraving is excellent. I thought it was a little too expensive when I ordered it however if you want top class merchandise which it is, you don't mind paying it.
Thank you once again for the excellent workmanship and the outstanding customer service.
