Very rude unhelpful service prices are misleading.. went to purchase a watch unable to add item to basket, called the store who advised there was an issue with the website, whilst processing purchase over the phone Simon advised that he would need to call me back as he was experiencing problems, went back online and the price for them item was hiked up by 30%. Called the store spoke to a lady who was rude and not helpful told me the item was sold and no longer Available and hung up. When I showed interest in the item there was one available and In stock ready to be shipped next working, when I went back online there's still one item avaible ready to be shipped but price is 30% more. Prices are misleading and customer support is rude and unhelpful stay clear.

A friend recommended Precision Time after buying two watches from them. After doing the rounds of jewellers shops to see what was available I went on line and found the precise watch I wanted and at a very competitive price. My concerns were around whether the watch would really be genuine, have the documentation etc etc - no need to worrry - fabulous service, delightfully helpful staff on the phone and delivery within 2 working days.

A great outfit - not sure how they do it but I am certainly going to be telling my friends about them.

Watch arrived well within 21 days we'll wrapped. Really pleased with the watch tag heur accuracer a 60th birthday present and something I hope to hand down to my son after all my daughter gets all my wife's rings !
Nice added touch the watch was preset at correct time and date and face Re protected with clear film .Can't fault the service from beginning to end would highly recommend using this company

Brilliant. My watch arrived after 14 days of ordering it, which was good. I was kept up to date with my order, and always received a follow up email back. I saved over £400 on my Cartier watch:-).

TAG watch arrived on time and looks great. Some problems initially but sorted out with the help of Ross. Would I buy another watch from this company? Yes I would.
