I was very dubious about ordering such an expensive item online without seeing it first. It was a particular Tag watch that I wanted that no tag store had without ordering in especially for me and to do this they wanted me to pay a deposit and commit to purchase. PT had the exact watch I wanted, over £200 cheaper and the option of returning for a refund if I was unhappy. I did copious amount of research on Precision time, length of trading etc and lots of reviewing online reviews inc trustpilot and paid on my credit card so that I felt comfortable. I ordered the watch bank holiday Monday and I received it the Wednesday 2 days after. I received regular updates from them so I knew where my order was up to. My only regret is not getting the bracelet adjusted by them for an extra £10 because now I've had to pay £50 for a high street Jeweller to do it!

A big thank you to Precision Time, watch arrived before the due date, well packaged and in pristine condition. Good communication by email and phone calls, so I was kept up to date with all progress. Although the watch does not have a manufacture's warranty card, PT offer their own warranty, which I am confident they will honour. PT's prices are significantly lower than that of high street retailers, so a good saving to be had. I am more than happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to buy from PT in the future.
