Prompt service

I reported an issue at 12.30 and by 15.30 the same day the issue had been rectified. We were constantly kept up to date throughout. Brilliant service.

When claim went through engineer visit booked immediately. Engineer called to advise they were on their way and when they could not access the property.

Very professional and efficient

It was timely. Good communication and efficient. All those involved in the process from the call centre to the locksmith were polite and got the job done with minimum of fuss. Very pleased with the service.

My Front door would not close and I did…

My Front door would not close and I did mot feel safe, Preffered the company assigned to complete the repair are excellent.
From speaking to them on the phone to the locksmith completing the work was hassle free.
I feel so grateful as I am now secure again thanks to the professional kind people who kept me upto date and talked me through everything.

Preferred did a great job in dealing…

Preferred did a great job in dealing with the home emergency we had related to.otd boiler and radiator. They acted decisively an quickly, organised the engineer visit promptly and carried out the job to a very high standard. Excellent job.
