I purchased the Serozzetta range of polished chrome door handles to replace my old brass victorian looking handles. The quality of finish on the handles is excellent. They have a good weighty feel to them and look and feel much more expensive than they were. The service given by Heather at Premier Door Handles both before and after delivery was superb. Heather even queried my original order to ensure I wasn't purchasing what I didn't need, and she was most helpful with a subsequent order when I missed an item off. I highly recommend using this company.

Superb service. Ordered quite a number of pairs of handles, all at an extremely good price. Upon fitting them (around 3 weeks later) found a few slight issues with a couple of handles. Contacted customer services and two replacement pairs were dispatched the same day. Can't get better that this! Very happy.

Excellent service. Ordered Carlisle Brass door knobs and latches as cheapest price online. Rang them to discuss, paid over the 'phone and arrived next day.

I have used this company before and cannot fault them, superb.

I found this company by searching for door handles of a particular style. Their response and delivery of my order was first class. However, the size I had ordered were not suitable so were returned without quibble. I then ordered a different size which were at the time out of stock but had a waiting time of 4 weeks.
Indeed, I was informed of when they were in stock and they were delivered within 3 days.
The quality of the product, and the company, is first class. I would certainly use them again if the need arises and most definitely recommend them for their excellent curtious and quality service.

I can definitely see why - I ordered 3 sets of door handles on Tuesday, and delivered on Thursday. Handles were excellent quality.

Not an item I would buy every day, but very impressed by the service and products. I think good companies should get the praise, as often we are very quick to complain.

I can’t recommend this little company highly enough and must single out Pauline for high praise. I have placed 2 orders in the last few weeks and not only are the products very high quality, the prices are great. Even when there was a problem with the delivery partner, Pauline went out of her way to sort it out even though it was not Premier Door Handles fault. Absolutely fantastic service and quality. Faultless throughout, swift and efficient at all stages. Handles were to replace ones originally obtained from Howdens but Premier prices were such that I made a considerable saving. Have no hesitation in recommending Premier.

Ordered on Sunday night late on and arrived Wednesday, great swift dispatch.

The door handles are really well made and well worth the money, unlike competitors.. longer fixing screws came as a extra side order great to know you can get bits too...

I purchase door handles and 1 was faulty so I emailed Heather and sent photos with in a Day I was sent a New pair of handles absolutely the best service you could wish for thanks again Heather
