We're having replacement built-in wardrobes, and it's down to me to order the doors and their handles. I tried several sites, and was happy to find Premier Door Handles. I needed handles of the same design but in two sizes, and Premier was the first site I found that could meet this criterion. Delivery was speedy, and the handles were suitably packed for shipment. All good!

We received our door handles within a couple of days of ordering which was brilliant. The handles are of excellent quality & look really good on our hardwood doors.

We ordered door handles back on 1 December 2020. they were delivered on 25 January 2021. You may be asking why I have given them 4 stars. Well, despite the long delay, Premier Door Handles kept us informed at regular intervals which gave us every confidence that we would receive the handles given time. We are extremely pleased with the handles and compliment Premier Door Handles on their customer service. I wish I could have squeezed a half star on the end.

Excellent company to deal with. Ordered 3 items. Was contacted immediately to advise that 1 item was out of stock. I replied to say I would take a very similar, but more expensive, item instead and pay the extra. They sent the order next day but only charged me the original price. Received the goods the day afterwards and all were really good quality at competitive prices. Very happy with my first order and would definitely buy from them again.

Items were delivered very quickly and are of good quality. Contact from the company providing an update on dispatch and expected delivery was quick and clear. Items arrived almost next day given order placed at the weekend.
