Problem solved!
I had a bit of an issue with my door handles not turning enough to allow me to open my doors, Heather at Premier was brill! She took on the issue, dealt with the manufacturer and made sure we had a positive solution really quickly, most big companies would just fob you off or take weeks to resolve issues. I will certainly use them again and recommend to anyone else.

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. Purchased some Dieci satin handles which are really nice quality, well priced and look great. One of the handles had a small grub screw missing but their customer services replied promptly to my email and sent some spares straight away. Really good customer support, I can highly recommend this company.

Very impressive and helpful company
The website was very easy to use and helpful. It suggested which accessories went best with which door handles. The prices beat all competitors I found. The handles were delivered very promptly. I phoned the company with a couple of queries and they were very friendly and obliging. I had the handles installed a year ago, and they have proved to be of good quality. The cost and products impressed my builder too.

Ordered some kitchen cupboard handles after a lot a research online. Settled on the rail satin nickel and could not be more impressed. The quality is top notch and they are quite solid and heavy. Delivery was quick too. Very happy with my purchase and it has transformed the kitchen cupboards.
