I purchased a number of the Art Deco door handles to replace the existing door handles. They have transformed the doors making them look more stylish.

I wanted a pair of Carlisle Brass door handles to fit on a pair of double cupboard doors to match those fitted throughout my new apartment 5 years ago. I was very pleased to still be able to obtain a matching pair of handles from Premier Door Handles. They were well packed and very quickly delivered by DPD. I love DPD couriers, giving a one hour delivery slot so you don't have to wait around all day wondering when they might be delivered. Thank you very much.

I purchased a Carlisle Victorian Shaped Scroll Lever (lock) to replace my old tarnished handles and they are better than the originals

I had ordered the handles I wanted really easily on the website and then realised I had not ordered enough, but this was easily resolved over the phone and the customer service was excellent. Handles ordered on Sunday, order corrected on Monday and delivered Wednesday. Well packaged and just what I wanted and expected based on the picture.

I needed to replace 10 old internal door handles and I wanted to update old bathroom bolts for more up to date thumb turn bolts. I needed advice in relation to what I needed to buy so I rang to discuss a couple of issues, then I emailed the company with a couple of questions I wasn't clear about. Their response was very quick and they gave me all the information I needed to place my order. The handles and associated accessories arrived within a few days and were really well packed. I haven't installed them yet but they look very well made and look easy enough to fit. An all round excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Excellent service. Replaced several old worn brass door handles with top quality ones made by Carlisle Brass. These come with a 10 year warranty and are extremely well made, especially when compared with the rubbish being sold by DIY stores. Delivery process was superb - given a 1 hour window (with options), and the items arrived within that delivery window. Thank you so much.

We needed to change old brass handles . After trying diy stores we couldn’t find good ones nor could we get ones that were high enough to save a repainting job. We found and ordered what seemed suitable ones and ‘Premier’ gave by far the cheapest option for the handles we had selected. Did a lot of comparing of other companies when looking at purchasing our door handles and was impressed with prices shown on Premier's site and the quality. Was a bit apprehensive at ordering on line at first but using SAGE pay gave confidence. The products were received when they said they would be. Had actually ordered too many items and requested a returns/refund which was given without quibble and refund was in the bank within a few days, excellent all round service. Thank you

We are very impressed with premier door handles, I miscounted our doors and phoned them to order another handle and service was excellent, then I forgot I needed 2 bathroom locks so phoned again and spoke to someone different but again excellent, then one of the handles missing a grub screw so phoned again, (they my new best friends)!! Lol 3rd phone call again absolutely excellent, can't fault them, (received grub screw in post next day)! Would certainly use them again but the handles are such good quality we won't need to!!

Door handles are great, I would of given 5 starts but none of them had enough screws in the packets to fix to the door.

Good product and arrived on time. Had to order an extra handle, overthe phone with pleasant customer service and it arrived within a few days
