We are delighted with the handles we ordered. I phoned to check a couple of things and the staff member was extremely helpful.
We are not on the mainland, but delivery was prompt and when stated.
The handles look and feel very good and have the assurance of a 10yr warranty.
Having tried to shop locally and looked at others on line, the difference in 'price for quality' was noticeable with Premier Door Handles I am very glad we opted to order with them.

The Premier Door Handles whole team have been brilliant! They know exactly what they're talking about and they know their products and the differences between them (particularly the quality and cost implications). Their product range is extensive, so it was a one-stop shop for us! We are completing a large house modernisation project and they helped us choose a modern stylish design with maximum durability and a 10yr guarantee. We had a number of questions and they were very responsive/supportive and answered everything, and then some! Delivery was effortless and the handles look amazing, and are nicely weighted and sturdy. We also ordered an incorrect lock configuration and the team proactively contacted us before we even noticed and they refunded us ... really impressive customer focus and support! We looked at many websites and shops and just couldn't make our minds-up but after discussing our needs with the team we decided to go with Premier Door Handles and we're so please we did ... I wouldn't bother going anywhere else!

Top class service - and lovely Carlisle Brass handles! Fast delivery, but had a minor problem with goods and emailed this company late Sunday afternoon and got an immediate response! Very impressive. Problem resolved by Tuesday morning. I cannot speak highly enough of both the service and the product.

Purchase of Art Deco..web site I found easy to navigate. Easy to purchase and super fast via PayPal. Great automated e-mail response with reference to order comms. Ordered over weekend (Sunday I think) Order arrived 11:00am on the Tuesday only 1 1/2 working days by UPS good automated comms with delivery as well.

Handles spot on regarding quality as they were Carlise Brass mid range . Definitely best price around and nearest was Wayfair some £16 more expensive. Purchased 11 handles and locks so got free delivery. From my personal experience I would definitely recommend them and if I need any more door furniture I would buy from here again.

Got door escutcheon polished chrome, great finish on them, fast delivery, definitely be back to buy more products of them.. 👍

We needed a little after sales service when, handles bought from Premier, being refitted, some screws were lost. After contacting Premier they got in touch with the manufacturers, who then kindly sent me out a back of screws, which was much appreciated. Good after sales is I feel the best way to judge star rating. Full marks to Premier and the manufacturer. Would certainly buy from Premier again.

My first time using premier door handles and I don't think it will be my last. Excellent service from start to finish. Website was easy to use, prices very competitive and the quality of the handles I ordered excellent. Two handles had small marks on the back plate so I phoned premier door handles to inform them. Sent photos showing the problem as requested and received replacement handles before noon the following day. "Amazing customer service". Thank you premier door handles.

I ordered a number of door handles from the web site at lunchtime and they were delivered the following day before lunch! The site is easy to use and provides excellent information regarding accessories that match the handles chosen. The price paid was also extremely competitive and delivery was free. I thought the service was brilliant.

I paid for next day delivery. The door handles, locks etc sadly did not arrive because of a problem with the UPS Northampton depot. Heather from Premiere Door handles did everything she could to assist me and arranged for me to pick them up that evening from the depot. In spite of this being a 45 minute drive to get there, we did it and got the handles ready for our carpenter to put in the next day. Heather immediately refunded my next day delivery cost and was exceptionally apologetic. The handles are great btw and look really good quality. Things can go wrong but it’s how companies deal with problems that determine how good they are. In this case I was very impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending Premiere Door Handles. Best price that I could find on line.

recently refurbished some private offices within a large building and needed handles, door closers locks etc. Premier door handles were on the spot with cost, service and quick delivery. First class , helpful staff. I can recommend them 100%.
