The transaction I had with Premier Door…was excellent.
The transaction I had with Premier Door Handles was excellent. Their communication about the order was by email and was clear and accurate. The delivery was made by courier DPD. and was delivered in a week including a weekend . An emailed time slot was very handy.
I phoned the company with a query and the person that took my call was a pleasure to talk to.
I would recommend this company .
Their products were excellent. Packed neatly and securely in cardboard packaging.

I bought 8 handle online
I was promised delivery
On wenesday ... On wenesday the company they use dpd said they try
To delivery dispait i left a phone number on the gate no one came or called
After spend all day calling the depos
Morley depos an arrogant rudy lady said collet at 6 clock and bring 5 documents ., i try to explain and put me on hold for 20 min , then phone stop called again same thing happen
Now i know why they got bad reviews.
Called the company premier door try to explain my problem insted to listen to my problem the lady on the phone went histerical and could not
Handle the conversation and the phone whent dead.
They emailed me to say the delivery will be at 4 apx today and not to buy again from them again. at 4.20 again no delivery arrived or any calls when will be.
After all the upsetting and my cost to pay my joiner that would put them on for me , i had no other alternative to ask to be refunded.
NEVER AGAIN DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY VERY UNPROFESIONAL

Thank you for your review Mr. Picano, we welcome any reviews whether positive or negative. I have been awaiting info from DPD before replying, the driver concerned has been interviewed and i now have the full facts regarding your delivery.
You purchased 4 pairs of Door Handles from us on 14th July. The order was despatched on standard free delivery on 16th July. We advised an estimated DPD delivery day of 17th July by email. No delivery is guaranteed unless a Premium Service is purchased. The driver has advised us that upon delivery the gates to your property were closed ( you advised the depot they were open when you called them to complain, they were not open DPD have an image of the closed gates) The driver did find the note you left with a telephone number, he called the number at 11.29 but there was no answer. Drivers only get paid when a parcel is successfully delivered, so if the gates were open , he would not have left with the parcel, also if you had answered his call the parcel would have been successfully delivered.
DPD have advised that the assistant at the Morley depot advised that you were exceptionally angry and did all she could could help, she was neither rude nor aggressive. She advised that the driver would not be able to return to your address as he had a full schedule, she advised to collect the parcel from the Depot and to bring 2 forms of ID NOT 5 as your description above. They also advised that you were on hold for 2-3 minutes not 20 minutes as described.
It was myself who took you phone call to our company. I was not hysterical and indeed i would say it was yourself who was hysterical. You were shouting so much and so quickly it was very hard to understand the issue, I had to ask you to please slow down beacause i could not understand you. I eventually got the gist of your complaint and when trying to ask simple questions you constantly shouted over the top of me. I had to ask you repeatedly to please stop shouting and eventually you shouted 'SHURRUP' very aggresively and put the phone down. The call was not discontected from my end. I contacted DPD customer Services who advised that the driver would be back in the area around 3.30-4pm and would reattempt the delivery if he could. I sent you this infomation by email, i also advised in the same email - Please do not order from our company again as we do not tolerate aggressive behaviour or language.
You advised at 16.27 that your delivery had still not been received and that it was disgusting and to refund you if the delivery did not arrive. DPD Customer Services advised that delivery could still be attempted, but due to you being so aggressive I made the decision to refund the order anyway.
I have 20 years experienced in Customer Services and I am very capable in answering all types of customer queries and issues professionally and politely.

You need to pay for the return postage fees.
Bargain but they refuse to refund for the postage. They kept insisting on the T&C so my advice is to be 100% sure it's the right item before purchasing (which can be tricky as it depends on the measurements). If you are unsure, it's better to look elsewhere to save for the trouble of having to pay for the return postage.
(unfortunately I missed the small print in the T&C)

We presume that the Customer has made themselves familiar with the Terms and Conditions before placing an order. Our Returns Policy is clearly signposted at the top of every page on our site. What is not mentioned in your review is that as a goodwill gesture we refunded the £5.95 original carriage charge on the order, so the full amount of the original order was refunded.

The website is very clear and it was easy for me to make my selection. The measurements of the kitchen knobs were accurate. I did have to phone the company and the customer service was amazing. They were so helpful and added another knob to my order and even though I gave my card details included it free of charge. Great service. Great Service
Really impressed with the customer service.
When I had to make a separate order for one door handle seconds after another order, as I had miscalculated, I had an email saying that they had amalgamated the two orders and would refund the postage that I had incurred on the second order.
Really good communication too.

Excellent service by this company
I’d definitely recommend using this company. The door handles we ordered were initially out of stock and, although we were offered a refund, we decided to wait until they were back in stock. They however arrived earlier than expected and were delivered by FedEx today. Sophie kept us updated with delivery etc. Thank you for an excellent service.
