Sad to report that Premier Estates are the worst property management company I have experienced and have taken more than £3600 in two years of charges.
Monthly payments have doubled due to their contract, poor budgeting and lack of urgency in repairs (that has lead to more damage being caused, and residents being billed for). What was a simple fix if acted on quickly, caused a lot of internal damage and escalated costs to the repair of my property. Despite reporting this over and over, no action was taken for 3months. Then I was billed for all the repairs.
Finance team are lovely, sympathetic and helpful with the payments.
Management are slow to respond and happy to report they get budgeting wrong each year, bill residents for it, and spend money on services we don't seem to receive (I haven't seen a window cleaner for the nearly years I've lived here... but it's on the bill).
So much for an affordable housing scheme for key workers and first time buyers...

I recently rented a flat in a building managed by Premier Estates, and my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. The key issue stems from their management of heating and hot water billing, which relies on estimated readings due to a broken meter in the flat. While I understand that estimates may sometimes be necessary, billing a single tenant based on the average usage of families and groups in the building is far from accurate or fair.
Despite knowing that the meter had been broken for over six months, no effort was made to repair it during my tenancy. This lack of action has resulted in substantial and disputed bills that I am expected to pay without any clear explanation of how the estimates were calculated. Premier Estates has also admitted the billing issues but offered no resolution.
While the team at Premier Estates has been polite in correspondence, the lack of proactive measures to ensure fair billing practices and resolve tenant concerns leaves much to be desired. Tenants deserve transparency, accountability, and functioning systems, especially when it comes to essential services like heating and hot water.
I hope Premier Estates improves its approach to property management and tenant support to avoid similar issues in the future.
Pay a monthly fee for the pleasure of them cutting grass and replacing the odd fence (once it reaches the dangerous point and beyond repairing)
I get the joys of a £84 bill for their lack of poor budgeting.. and expected to be paid by 1/1/25 with no forewarning. I suspect we are supporting another area they are managing as I am unsure how they have spent the obscene amount of money on fencing in the small area that we live in.

Worked with Premier estates manger Trudi Stock on many occasions, she is very professional and pro-active, which is the same for premier estates in general we have found in our experiences.

03/09/2024 - Raised an issue to their Estates Co-ordinator and Estates Manager
10/09/2024 - Estates Manager responded with some apparent action.
30/09/2024 - No update, copied in Senior Estates Manager
16/10/2024 - Made a formal complaint, Regional Operations Director responded and stated to follow complaints procedure, passing me back to the Senior Estates Manager !
17/10/2024 - Same apparent action taken but not seen. The contractors don't appear to have done what they were instructed to do
11/11/2024 - Chased for an update. 19/11/2024 no response.
2 months on, no real action/proof, problem still there. Complicit in growing frustrations on the development with their lack of action and prompt services.
02/12/2024 - Regional Ops Director contacted to say he would look into matters
16/12/2024 - Chased up for an update 2 weeks on.
No response as of 19/12/2024. Took around 2 weeks to get a response on TrustPilot. You can see how much of a priority customer service is throughout the company

We have had Premier Estates for a few years now and they are awful. I have no doubt that my property is now worth less thanks to the way they work and how they've managed to run down the development. Everything looks down-trodden, neglected and dirty.
A huge chunk of the yearly service charge goes to Premier and they don't act, resolve or even bother to respond. The simplest things go unresolved for months so imagine the complicated ones. They lack basic professionalism. I've never in my life seen a company or professional that "works" like this. It's absolutely shameful.
@Premier: don't bother responding this review as you do with others. Don't ask me for information. You should already have a standard and code of practice as to how to handle requests for leaseholders, SLAs for resolution (if you even know what this is), communication procedures, site visits, etc.
It has been several months since I put a review on trustpilot regarding our street lights. They have intermittently been going off since then, we have now been without Street lights for 3 weeks. It is very dark and dangerous and only a matter of time before a serious accident happens here. I have no trust in this company and doubt whether this problem will ever be solved all the time this company are responsible for maintenance.

Live in A block of flats, Premier estates
I have had bad experiences with them.
This can be summarised in the following way.imagine You were paying a very large amount of money for a service. Now imagine that Service did not meet your expectations in some quite major ways. Now imagine that you complain about the service but the service provider ignores you.
The solution this situation is quite simple. You take your business elsewhere. However, in this case, your business is the Home that you live in and you can’t take it elsewhere because the service provider has made it so expensive for you to live there nobody would consider buying your house.
So you’re trapped. You have to keep paying the wages of these people who have made you miserable and by paying their wages, you are making yourself miserable.
PE jacked up our service charge 40% and do very little to keep the property maintained. We have rats in our block and they’re doing almost nothing about it without us forcing them.
I’m currently sitting here with a fire alarm going off, it’s been going off for two hours and they haven’t done anything about it despite us calling them.
One weekend the water stopped and they did nothing. We called their emergency number and no one answered. So we had no water all weekend.

I have been chasing up roof repairs for the last few years due to constant leaks which is ruining my furniture , damaging my walls which are water damaged and stained and has lifted up floor boards , the lack of communication or urgency is shocking. My property is currently insellable whilst I’m being charged over £200 per month service charge. I have submitted a complaint 8 weeks ago which has not been acknowledged , I sent a further email to the person I was asked to address the complaint to over a week ago and once again no reply or acknowledgement. I phoned today and someone was going to get James to phone me back but once again I have heard nothing - absolutely shocking customer service

When it comes to communication this company is appalling. We keep all letters and communications from Premier estates and know what bills have arrived through the post as that is their method of sending bills e.g service charge so we never miss a payment. Much to our suprise we receive email from solicitors saying service charge was overdue and now additional legal fees apply because of their involvement. Upon questioning when this was due as we had no communication from Premier Estates to say any bill was due. They then replied saying Premier estates said they have sent 2 bills and 3 final reminder notices which we never received. Once I informed the solicitors that we never got these letter and had no notice of the bills they said that was irrelevant and we still owe the money. Absolutely terrible company and would avoid moving into a property if I found out they were manging it.

Leanne from the accounts team demonstrated her communication and customer service skills unprompted and deserves praise and recognition. What a shame that some of her colleagues have yet to learn what good customer service is, let alone deliver it.

Allowed our development to fall into a state of dilapidation with no will to solve the problems.
Disregard to the covenants of the lease.

We pay one of the highest service charges in Liverpool City centre, and I'd love to see their accounts to understand what exactly they use our money for - because it isn't for our safety. We've had countless people break in over the years, Premier Estates do not care and do very little to rectify the situation. On Thursday evening a man tried breaking into the apartments and he torn apart the communal doors, as well as the post room. We contacted the police (we were terrified), and let Premier estates know, asking them for an update on the issue and whether the locks that were broken would be fixed. We've received absolutely nothing back from them. The building is filthy, parcels are being robbed, and people are trying to break in. It doesn't look good does it? STAY CLEAR of this company, we've lived here 5 years and they couldn't care less about your safety.

Isabel Quigley solved our problem as usual
Her response is always excellent

If the previous management company was not bad enough then we were taught a lesson when premier estates took over the building. Constant issues for the past year with no sign of them being fixed. Yearly increases in service changes yet no service to be seen. Requests for additional payments as costs were more than planned. No proof of where these costs have come from. Government needs to give more rights to owners. How do you expect people to live in there own property when they are being robbed by the company who manage it. As it stands I would not recommend anyone to buy a property if you see it managed by Premier Estates.
