Premier Heating carried out extensive works over a 4 month period, due to the need to liaise with the laying of a new gas supply to our house. This included supply and fitting of a new boiler for our pool, laying new supply into our new boiler and current house supply from the new gas supply and dealing with assorted ad hoc issues as they evolved. The team were very professional, adaptable and responsive and we could not recommend them highly enough.

This was the first time we had used Premier Heating but it will not be the last. Andy who came to service our back boiler did an excellent job. He kept to the Covid Rules set out in the email we received before the visit. He left everything neat and tidy and was a very polite.
We received a photograph of the dismantled boiler prior to the service and a comprehensive report by email the next working day. Very pleased.

A small central heating repair job completed on time and as agreed. Pleasant engineer. No mess. Very pleased and happy to recommend Premier Heating Surrey.

Discovered a leak in our hot water cylinder, Premier Heating sent an engineer round the next day who ascertained the leak was in the cylinder. New cylinder ordered and they came back in 9 days with new cylinder and fitted it. Technician was friendly and efficient. He discovered another problem ( unbeknown to us ) and fixed it at the same time.

Cylinder room left clean and tidy. Cannot fault the service apart from .......

We have two large Briard dogs who tend to pester all strangers, especially if they sense they are nervous or up for a game. After the initial "meet and greet", they promptly went back to their beds and snoozed!
And we had to exercise them after he had left!

Premier Heating responded swiftly to a problem we had with our combined central heating/hot water system - leaking expansion vessel, boiler cut out. Noticed at 10pm on Monday, called Premier at 8am Tuesday and given an appointment time of 1pm-5pm the same day for Paul to take a look. Paul arrived early Tues afternoon, identified the fault plus other issues and fixed everything by 6pm. An excellent job done with good humour and expertise - very much appreciated. Premier Heating's response and service could not have been better - the problem with our system, which left us with no hot water or heating, fixed much quicker than I had anticipated - within 20hrs of the fault occurring. 5 stars - huge thanks!

Called Premier Heating following breakdown on Christmas Eve. They attended and rectified fault on the same day ensuring we had heating and hot water over the holiday period. Difficult to believe that such good service is still available. Thoroughly reliable organisation, I would never use anybody else.

Rang at 9.30am on Christmas Eve to say no heating. Santa's little helper arrived and by 11.10am heating was fixed and house warming up nicely. Really, really grateful.

The engineer arrived on time. He was friendly and thorough, explaining what he was doing and why it was needed. I didn't realise my boiler wasn't working efficiently before, it is much better now! Thank you Premier Heating

VERY POOR ADVICE GIVEN AND FAILED TO RESPOND TO AN EMAIL COMPLAINT AND REFUND ALL OR ANY OF THE TIME CHARGE. BE VERY SPECIFIC ABOUT WHAT YOU USE THEM FOR AND MAKE SURE THAT THE ENGINEER IS FULLY QUALIFIED TO COMPLETE THE JOB. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
