Comany let down by very poor delivery company Evri who are in my view the worst delivery company. Ongoing issues with delivery, Premier Man however do not want to bottom out this ongoing issue I have with how they deliver goods. Poor customer service.

AVOID this company at all costs. They allow other people to open accounts in your name but with a strange address, without doing the proper ID and address checks. And then wrongfully add info to your credit file affecting your credit score!!!

They then refuse to accept responsibility for their actions, refuse to admit they were at fault and refuse to uphold the complaint lodged with them. My credit score has been seriously affected because of their incompetence and shady business running. There are hundreds of similar complaints across the Web and on social media.
This company needs to be investigated for their misconduct and lack of due diligence!

ordered 2 items in sale never arrived, checked order status. says on the way . a week later still no goods so complained. they say there are delays because of black friday pressure. then get one email saying order on way but might be late then another email saying order was returned ! how can it be it was never delivered . totally incompetent company. who use totally incompetent courier company. hermes / evri (what ever there name is this week). avoid them its not worth the hassle.

Why isn't there a minus number to select? This company is disgraceful. I returned items to one the un-manned lockers they advertise. The return was worth £190 (one hundred and ninety pounds) they say they have not received it and I must now pay for the items. They charge £4.50 for next day delivery but regardless of how many items are ordered they still charge the full amount as long as one item is delivered on time. They don't respond to complaints. The interest rates are unbelievable. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They should be wearing masks.

One of the worst companies which I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They keep sending me bills and adding charges for items which I have never ordered. I wonder how trading standards allow them to operate?
Unfair late fees....
Had an account for 10 years now and just noticed that they apply a late payment fee ever month as I get paid end of month so always pay up to date then. Noticed this and asked to change my payment date to last day of month. Told no. I have told them to do this or freeze my account and will take it further if not resolved.

Hermes lost/stolen the parcel, but my gripe is more with Premier Man as they seem to be doing nothing in chasing this up. They sent me an email saying i should hear something within a couple of days, over a week.... later no other contact from them.
Then on Christmas day the send an invite to review the product i'm still waiting for.Though if it ever turns up they will be getting it sent back as i purchsed it from another company instead as it was a present.
So i write a bad review against them and the reply saying it can't be accepted and i should contact customer services about it (which i have already) Surely they should of passed on my concern to thier customer services department on my behalf. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IN MY OPINION.GOOD PRODUCTS, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES.

This really annoyed me as we cancelled the order and they still sent it out for delivery.
Parcel was delivered around the back of our work unit left next to our commercial bin on a wednesday when it is collection day to be emptied.
How stupid can hermes and premierman be,we never asked them to leave it in a safe place becuse we cancelled the order and no notification of delivery,it was only when we checked to see when it was out for delivery because we had an email saying trying to deliver which we cancelled and we see a picture of our parcel next to our commercial bin.
All i can say It was just lucky the bin man did not take it away or we would have to try and prove it.
Sorry but I hate hermes and premierman for there stupidness and always have done,we have had so many problems with them in the past its ridiculous.
Im considering using a different clothing comapany as im so fed up with there mess ups.
Be prepared to be let down
Not the first time they have screwed me over however it will be the last. In August I purchased 2 large sofas I was told delivery was 11th October, so went ahead and paid for the sofas, a week before they were due to arrive I had my old sofas taken away. 2 weeks later my sofas had still not arrived, when I contacted PremierMan I was told they had been cancelled due to lack of stock. NIGHTMARE!! I then had to go sofa shopping and spend £3000 on 2 new sofas then had to redecorate around them. Not great, PM said oh we'll give you 10% off your next purchase of a sofa... I was like "stick it mate!" Today is the last straw for the company. I ordered a couple of small things, and once again paid for them. all necessary emails arrived even one from Hermes. Then go online to check where my items are to be told, "they were stolen from the courier" "you will have to fill out the form we are sending now to claim back or re-order" "If you are not happy please call customer service" Called customer service to get an Indian call centre where the person on the phone didn't even understand English, she put me on hold and I was there for over 30 mins till I eventually got bored and hung up. 13p per minute with an extra charge from your network provider. Bang outta order! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
