I have Been without a fridge since the 27/09/2020 ordered from Premier man the 28/09/2020 within 5 days delivery they state on there website.Im still waiting.I was told by estimated. 6/10/2020 .Checked on account and theyve changed it until the 15/10/2020.Today What a scam.Would never order from these again.Ive ordered elsewhere and can get delivery tommorow.
Say one thing and do another
Signed up for a credit account, got approved with a credit limit - also signed a credit agreement might I mention stating that I have been given a credit limit, with an interest rate.
Went to place an order yesterday, the order was cancelled and my credit limit has been reduced to £0.
0 communication as to why this has happened, 0 up front notice, not even an email stating that the order has been cancelled.
Do NOT use this company under any circumstances, you're much better off going elsewhere.
Awful experience
Absolutely shocking. Possibly the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Would have left zero stars if possible.
I ordered items online from their website and at the checkout a 20% discount was applied - as per the advertisement on the website. I created an account with them (which you have to in order to complete the purchase) and paid for the items on my credit card (which I have had for 20 years, I have triple A credit and have never had a transaction refused).
I then had an email the next day saying my credit card had been refused. When I spoke to Barclaycard they confirmed it wasn't an issue their side as the transaction had been authorised. I phoned Premier Man and they said their credit department had cancelled my order because I didn't have a credit account with them? What? Nothing during my transaction had stated you needed to open a credit account and they had let me complete the transaction with my credit card.
I said, OK, in that case please can I order the items and pay on my debit card instead - and if so will you honour the items at the purchase value from your website i.e. with the 20% off with the online discount. Operator said yes this was possible.
After 30 minutes on the phone reciting all the order numbers again (why couldn't they just take the order from my account details??) I was then told that actually no I couldn't have any discount and I had to pay full price.
I cancelled the order - at full price these items were dearer than other websites.
Overall this was a really bad customer service, very poor information on their website, poor and confusing pricing, and a total waste of time for me. Avoid.
The company is pants
been shopping for years and no matter what happens it gets worse.
Clothes in my size are becoming harder to get, they say its in stock but when you add to.basket its out if stock. Promise a delivery day at a higher rate and yet can not commit to it.
The entire company is pants. I will take my custom elsewhere.

Premier Man great for men
Great for men's fashion especially when they reach a certain age and you can't find what your looking for in the high street. Other items available to good quality items I've never had any problems up to now.
Great for the tall man
Have ordered a lot of clothing from Premier Man, as my size is a bit above the normal.
Good quality clothing, but like a lot of stores, catering for the larger man, can be a bit expensive !
Still, clothing is good, styles are good as well.
Highly recommend them.

I have found PM very good for larger mans clothes ,never had any quality issues ,and as a customer normally for summer products have found prices excellent compared to high street shops selling specifically larger mens clothes,Me ive gone from 4xl down to 2xl ,and found their range varied and comfortable.only had one Mispackaged product ,but that currenly awaits courier pickup.i dont have a personal credit account ,i simply buy as a new customer via pay pal..simple ,easy
Withdrew credit facility with no notification despite my account being in good order.
Been a customer for a few years without issue. Credit limit was £1000 and my balance only £18, and I've never been late with a payment. For some reason they have decided they don't want to do business with me and have removed my credit facility. That's not really a problem as there are plenty of other people out there I can spend my money with, just a very poor way to treat a good customer.
Fraudulent
Keep sending us bills for things we have neither ordered nor received. Phoning them to tell the about it involves hanging on for ages at a premium phone rate. Blatant and overt theft.

Premier man sent me a brochure ,saw two things I liked ,put my email adress and customer number on the order ,came up don’t recognise and can’t recognise that e mail for this order ,so why bother sending catalogs ,very frustrating ,have ordered before but don’t owe anything .
Wrong item delivered twice
I ordered a coat from you and not once but twice you sent me the wrong one and a manager that I spoke to said I guarantee that you will get the right one but no still wrong jacket I know why because you have the jacket in the wrong bag sorry you have the wrong label on the jacket so I ordered a sky blue jacket and twice you sent me a black puffer jacket which was £111 and the jacket I ordered was £86.50 and it should have been sky blue so I would have thought that the picker would have realised that he had picked up a jacket that obviously was wrong because the jacket he picked up was black and not sky blue. Also if I had not been honest I could have had a jacket that was £23.50 dearer than the one I ordered. The reason that I ordered the sky blue one is we are going on a Baltic cruse soon and my wife wanted me to have a bright colour because I'm disabled and if I had a bright colour she could spot me in a crowd because I tend to wander and I have gone off in the wrong group because of my disability I don't realise that I have gone off with the wrong group so a bright colour help her find me if you look at my orders I ordered a bright orange coat on the same day for my wife so I have the chance to spot her. The manager I spoke to first was not at all helpful so I asked to be put through to customer service the person that I spoke to there again was not very helpful so I asked to speak to a manager now I remember his name was Simon he was very assuring that if I paid for a new jacket I've would guarantee that it would be the right jacket and he would refund my card straight away he also said he would check to make sure that the order was right. I worked in a customer facing industry for 30 years now most people would forgive a mistake the first time but to make the same mistake twice is unforgivable. So you as a company have lost my patronage for ever and I will be telling all my friends not to use Premier Man and I shall make my feelings known all over the internet. Please can you process my 2 refunds including my postage I would be very great full and please can you send me a message when you have processed my refund. I'm so sorry that I have had to complain but with the internet these days there is so many choices that you should be on top of problems like this

I order quite a lot off these and they have a option of a yearly subscription for next day service dont bother its disgraceful and after paying for it all the money the company's worth it doesn't automatically update it so u have to manually do which I did on this occasion.iordered between 200 and 300 worth of clothes in last 10 days and on saturday received wrong sizes so re ordered to be delivered next day so it was Monday 23rd as showing in my account.they never turned up and contacted them and tried to make out I ordered standard delivery after paying for next day delivery for the year which was a cover up I can assure u!! And told me a urgent call their end would speed up.the process for today delivery and guess what they never turned up so no trousers to fly to the usa on boxing day .contacted live chat and guess what cut me off so I just seen the hermes man no parcel for me and rang them .spoke to a overseas lady !! And no joy came off the phone fuming so guess what they are having the lot back .VERY UNRELIABLE SEND WRONG SIZES OR REPLACEMENTS AND A NIGHTMARE I will be contacting trading standards to tell them about their practices and deliveries and taking money off people and not supplying the service .Never ever again
Fantastic company
Fantastic company. Ordered loads of items over the last 5 or 6 years including a large corner settee unit. Ordered items always good quality, good value for money and always arrive on time; returns system easy and straightforward too. Only had to phone customer services once but all good on that score too and the problem was sorted straight away by very pleasant member of staff. Absolutely brilliant for me at Christmas as able to buy now and pay later....Thank you Premier Man.
order cancelled and credit limit removed for no reason waste of my time.
opened a credit account and tried to place an order that was slightly over my credit limit. Paid the difference with debit card only to see that instantly the order was cancelled. I phoned to query this and got told I had failed a system check even though I've checked my credit file online and my score has improved by 80 points since I took out the account.
They now have removed the credit limit for absolutely no reason and have not refunded the money back to my card as of yet.
A complete and utter joke of a catalogue my advice is to avoid. I have raised a complaint about it all but they simply don't care.
Best of it is I have been a loyal customer with their sister catalogue jd Williams with a perfect payment history for nearly 3 years.
NO WAY OF CALLING THIS COMPANY
I've been told I need to call their number to settle an identity fraud situation. I've been put on hold three separate times, and left for over 15 minutes each time. I've tried to escalate the issue and have been promised a call back from a 'manager' but that never happened.
Shop with a great degree of caution - these guys seem far too disorganised to take people's money.
