Scammers! They have now changed their name to UK Service Plan and are requesting upfront payment for a new 3-year appliance-insurance policy when the old one was supposed to be valid until 2023.

This is a warning about Premier Protect…
This is a warning about Premier Protect 365. They contact vulnerable people and con them into buying expensive insurance on white goods that do not exist, are damaged or are too old to be insured. Once they have the bank details, they will add other items at more cost. Even if you become aware that a loved one has been conned out of their money, it will take numerous calls and threats to secure any refund, if at all. It is not registered with with the Finacial Service Authority and they refer to them as 'scammers'. Please forward to everyone in your contact list with the wish that more people will be made aware and that this company can be brought down. The origins of this message are with the daughter of a kind man with dementia who has no dishwasher, a broken freezer and a twenty year old washing machine. Thank you for reading this and for spreading the message. Keep safe.
My elderly mother scammed
My elderly mother who suffers from Alzheimer's was scammed into taking out Domestic Appliance Insurance by Premier Protect 365. Not aware of what she was signing up for, for the grand total of £595. Called them today to try to cancel the policy and get a refund but was told that I could cancel but would not get a refund. Next port of call is the Financial Conduct Authority.
Tried to relieve an elderly relative of…
Tried to relieve an elderly relative of mine of £300 for radiator insurance when he doesnt even have centeral heating. The worst part is having looked at the online reviews, they ridicule and mock the members if the public they have scammed !
Completely immoral and should face criminal charges
Having just read a number of reviews, the same has happened to my elderly father - nearly £400 taken from his bank for insurance cover for items he doesn't even still have!! As with other people, I rang them instantly and they 'kindly' agreed to a refund, which he is still waiting for following 4 phone calls. I today said I am taking legal action and the phone was put down on me instantly. This company should be facing criminal charges for what they are doing, preying on the elderly in this way, and not returning the money.
Do not trust premier protect
Do not trust premier protect , they are a bunch of scum . Massive con . They talk the talk about giving better deals on D and G domestic insurance. Do not give them any details, they are con artists. All banks should be aware of this company after all these reviews and block all transactions. Con con con

Premier Protect 365 are sending out paperwork from Apex Assure Ltd so this is a linked company. They are scammers pretending to be from Domestic & General. Picking on the elderly and vunerable.
Scammers
These people have just scammed my elderly father out of nearly £400 saying they were from his white goods company. Makes me so angry why do people do it 😡😡😡😡
Group of Frauds
These people are fraud, ridiculous gang of thieves. They target old people and get them to pay for the service and then never answer the call for service. The company is not genuine and I would not recommend it to anyone. They conned my uncle made him to pay for the service that they said to provide and never provided any services. Stopped answering phone calls and now my uncle will take it up legally with these frauds.
They don’t answer phone Frauds
They don’t answer phone. Before you part with your money. Try phoning their repair line. Nothing after a while they put phone down. Don’t answer emails total fraud!
This company tried to scam my father…
This company tried to scam my father who has memory problems out of £795. It was only when I spotted it on his bank statement that I started to investigate. I cancelled the policy but two months later am still waiting for the refund to go back into his bank as promised. I keep chasing, but not holding out much hope, so am gearing myself up for a legal battle with them. They definitely target the elderly and more vulnerable people of society!!!
Fraudsters - KEEP AWAY - Report
Terrible company. My poor father who is suffering from dementia was 'scammed' out of £395 yesterday for so called white goods insurance. Same as everyone on this site. Please, please avoid at all costs. Its heart breaking. Will proceed with fraud claim via bank.

rubbish UK company, they say they are located in brighton while, most of their offices are in egypt, india and morocco. but the sad part is that they just abuse they don't scam only their supposed customers, but they also suck the life out of their employees with their abnormal target requirement for the job.

Well nothing positive to say about the…
Well nothing positive to say about the company, I am now in my 6th week without my washing machine and no end in sight as to when it will be sorted. As for the lack of customer support and being hung up on, is there no end to the tactics they will try to keep you waiting if I hear wait a couple of days 24/48 hours again a will scream. UPDATE Well been finally told my washer is not repairable so the wait begins for a new one, just hope I don't have to wait as long for it to arrive.
