I cannot recommend Premium Products & Services highly enough. I have a Laurastar iron which I have serviced regularly through them, and the service is outstanding every single time.

The collection and return process is always quick and efficient, communication is excellent throughout, and any repairs or servicing are completed with an impressively fast turnaround. Kay is fantastic to deal with and makes the whole booking process simple and stress-free.

As an added bonus, they even include either a new ironing board cover or replacement granules for your Laurastar upon completion, which is a lovely touch and shows how much they value their customers.

Professional, reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable – I genuinely wouldn’t trust my Laurastar with anyone else. I wholeheartedly recommend Premium Products & Services and will continue using them for many years to come.

Was very impressed by the service from start to end.
My laurastar ironing system was picked up when stated, serviced the same day received and contacted with what issues the system had to be sorted.service by this company was,excellent and very efficient.

Did not receive items ordered and payed for. Firm said items posted and were probably lost in post. This firm is shoddy and sailing close to scamming customers. I query how they're allowed to advertise on Amazon!!! Have no dealings with them

I ordered logs through Amazon from this company on 17 Oct. Apparently they left the facility and were picked up by courier or some other delivery service. I can’t apply for a refund as they say they might still arrive. Amazon are no help at all so I will have to wait indefinitely.

This company is nothing to do with a similarly named company who are experiencing difficulties.

This is a scam company. Like many other people purchased a product from this Company through Amazon. It never arrived.
The Company never called me back.
Amazon need to accept responsibility and refund monies - but it refuses to do so.

Ordered a bag of bulb compost through Amazon with this company and as others have said product does not arrive, I have requested a refund but surprisingly no response from them. I hope Amazon will be able to assist me with this, what an absolutely sham company. Shame you can’t give a no star rating.

First apologies to Premium Products and Services, this review is not about them but Premium Products WB LTD. I Ordered some lawn feed on Amazon and this company who was supplying used Hermes as it's courier 😖😖 I didn't receive the bag of lawn feed and have twice requested a refund, but as of now I am still waiting. I will not use an outside company by Amazon again. Bad manners not to reply to sent emails.

Jatinder Singh GHUMAN Is fraudulent. He owns many companies and resigned pro most. Probably for tax evasion. This guy needs to be reported.

Do not use this company ordered 2x 360 dehumidifiers on 6th October still not here amazon contacted them still no reply. Worst company I have used . Probably a scam . Would give a 0 if icould. AVOID. Was supposed to come by royal mail. They never received the parcel. Also so many negative reviews. Amazon should not use them on there site . Amazon refunded me. Still no contact from company.

Ordered Kirkland water thru Amazon. No sign of it and no updated tracking. Waste of time.

absoloute con artists every 3 months my iron is having to go to them and it always needs the same parts but apparently the warranty is void as they don’t cover commercial use but it’s not used commercially every service should be £69.99 but my bill everytime is over £300 in response to your reply i have never said i don’t run a ironing buisness 2) i own 2 irons one which is my own use 1 for buisness 3 if anyone wants to see my bank statements to show payments of over £300 please email me darceysummernoyeathotmail.comalso if you would like to see a email from laurastar direct saying what crooks these people are then again email me but i will now post what laurastar direct said

Strongly advised against going for premium products. Unfortunately, this company pretends to be affiliated to Laurastar, as they are absolutely not.

This company is notorious for scamming you into sending you back a machine that is worse than before you sent it in. Or asking for more money afterwards to get it fixed.

The only way to get a quality repair is directly through us.
