Please do not buy a Laurastar iron from these people. They gave me a 2 year guarantee and when it stopped working they couldn’t sort it then ignored me. Went direct to Laurastar and they said these people are not authorised to conduct repairs in laurastar products and you should t buy our products from them.

we replaced the unit 3 times and repaired many times during the warranty period. If you use the worng water the machine will always malfunction.
Premium Products, Laurastar iron service
After dealing with Laurastar direct for many years and now being told by them my iron is obsolete and need to buy a new one, I was doubtful and decided to look elsewhere for service. Well this company is amazing, I have used this company for the first time, and the Ironing system complete has come back like new. It works better than it has done for years. I used this company for servicing my Laura Star iron for many years.
I decided to sell, and they offered to buy. but the price offered was a lot less than I wanted. So asked them to return my Iron and board.
Have now requested its return for several months. Been fobbed of with excuses 6

your unit was over 20 years old and it was in a very bad condition.
we do not offer any fixed price over the phone, we give only give estimates. The board was rusty and boiler was full of scale and it wasn't in a good working condition. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused but the machine was too old for a buy back. You did collect the machine in the end from us.
Excellent Service and Repair of Laurastar
Received an excellent service from Premium Products and Services. Were very transparent on which parts required replacement will full explanation of costs.
Would definitely recommend if you need to service your Laurastar or if you having issues which need rectifying.

Laurastar S6 repair
Our Laurastar S6 (used for home laundry) was malfunctioning. We have previously sent it back to Laurastar for any work that it has needed, but found Premium-Products on a search and, as they are UK based, decided to try them. From first contact to return of our ironing system we have been very impressed. Rapid and efficient collection, turn round and return. We were contacted by the company to discuss the findings and recommendations. Now back in service, we have found it is working better than it has for some time.
