When at first you don't succeed ...


The first product key sent to me quite rapidly did ́not work, so I wrote asking for help and promptly received a new key with new instructions that enabled me to install the key. This company has good customer service and can be trusted.

You send me a review request

You send me a review request, but ignore my support email?
Office does not work for telephone registration anymore, stop taking money for a product the user cannot use.
21 Apr.. responded to the 1* review and got the issue sorted. I would have felt better if you responded to my support request rather than asking for a review. The product works. 5* for that but still 1* for ignoring the support request. 2.5* overall.
