You send me a review request, but ignore my support email?
Office does not work for telephone registration anymore, stop taking money for a product the user cannot use.
21 Apr.. responded to the 1* review and got the issue sorted. I would have felt better if you responded to my support request rather than asking for a review. The product works. 5* for that but still 1* for ignoring the support request. 2.5* overall.

I was a bit unsure on whether to trust the site or not as there are many out there that are not genuine. After reading the website and seeing there was support after purchasing if required, I bit the bullet and brought a Windows 10 Pro key and it worked as advertised with no issues at all 🙂

I purchased office product key 4 months back. Due to a hardware issue , i had to reset the laptop , after that i tried installing office on the same machine with the key they provided initially . While activation , it says , key is invalid. i am following up with them for 2 weeks now, there is no response recived.also i am seeing message that office will stop working soon. Yet with no response , i need buy another license , but this time only from Microsoft . Bad experience and service .

Obviously the price was magnificent.
The e-mail prior to my purchase had the full steps and the correct links to download the product.
The one negative is that when phoning the bot, you are now advised to go to a portal (The web address is texted to you)
In the portal you type in your codes to get the key.
This process still worked perfectly although I did have to log in with my Microsoft Account to finalise the process.

Worked fine and saved me some cash.
