I have been working on wordpress themes for a few years. To say, this is the best wordpress theme out there. It's a complete theme and very easy to set up. It has many features, chat room, block, likes, favorites, gifts, etc, and most of all, Paypal gateway to accept funds. Mark is one of the support team with excellent help. Very quick responses and knowledge! He helped me to solve my problem. You Rock and Thank you so very much for helping out!

Absolute shit, very complicated to configure and update, terrible technical support, my experience with those templates is very bitter, I don't recommend it at all, unless you don't mind having a bad time and throwing your money in the trash. And to top it all off, the old guy always he forgets that you already paid him

Premium Press is hands down, the best Wordpress company I've worked with. Mark's total professionalism and dedication to his craft, really shows and I'm grateful to have found this awesome Wordpress theme and to work with Mark and his team on my project!

Fast response on customer support. Had minor issue that was promptly fixed by upgrading to the latest version.

I purchased the escort theme and have found it quite easy to work with. Whenever I have had a technical issue the support team have been really helpful in getting me back on track. I highly recommend the theme

Theme and coding

I have checked over the theme code and it's great. Not perfect but easy enough to modify and change. I did try Elementor but I'm not a big fan, I have used WordPress before and much prefer using Child themes.

I love the design and layouts and the user interface is really nice. My users have complimented my website many times already which is a great start!

Customer Support.

It seems to me that the main developer is also their main support guy. This is great for tech support issues and also getting answers quickly which I love! I've read some of the other comments about support which seem ridiculous but nevertheless Mark has always been quick to respond and great with me.

The YouTube videos are excellent and easy to follow.

Overall

Very good and for the price a steal. I would recommend them to my friends.

We are submitting this formal review to document a highly troubling experience with Premium Press and its founder, Mark Fail, regarding the unprofessional and borderline deceptive business practices we've encountered. We are also initiating complaints with relevant authorities, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and European consumer protection agencies, to ensure these behaviors are properly addressed.

Here is a summary of events:
1. Unclear and Vague Technical Support:

On September 29, 2024, we encountered a technical issue while attempting to delete test user profiles on our website, which was running a Premium Press theme. We sought support from Mark Fail's team, asking for guidance. Instead of receiving clear and detailed instructions, the response we got was vague and poorly written, as follows:

Mark Fail’s response:

"If you want to keep theme I suggest you create a new user, then transfer the profiles over to this new user yes."

Based on this, we attempted to delete test accounts, but instead of removing the specific user accounts, the admin account was deleted, leaving us locked out of our own website. As a result, we had to manually restore access via phpMyAdmin, which wasted time and caused unnecessary frustration.
2. Dismissive and Unprofessional Responses:

After explaining this problem via email and expressing frustration over the support we received, Mark Fail’s responses grew dismissive and increasingly unprofessional. He replied by immediately offering a refund and dismissing us as customers, rather than addressing our valid concerns.

Here’s his direct response to our email outlining the issue:

"What premium service are you paying for? I would suggest we refund your theme purchase so you can find another company to work with. Obviously, the service we offer does not meet your requirements, and it would make sense to find another company to work with asap."

Instead of offering a proper solution or even accepting responsibility for the error that occurred with his theme, he was quick to wash his hands of us, processing a refund that we never asked for.
3. Our Clear and Polite Response Ignored:

In response to this, we clarified that we did not want a refund but simply expected better support for a technical issue caused by his theme. We had already invested time and legal resources into the site, and we were willing to resolve the issue if we could get proper guidance.

Here is our email:

"We do not want a refund. We specifically sent an email regarding the terrible support we had on that day due to a vague answer that led to our back end being unable to be accessed due to the deletion of an admin account. We were simply making a comment about the service we received on that specific day, which was not to the standard we expected. When we purchased the theme, we were supposed to get six months of support, which includes assistance with theme-related issues. Your email response was dismissive and unprofessional."

Despite this, Mark Fail responded again, making unfounded claims that we were somehow hostile and processed the refund, continuing to deflect blame for the issues caused by his theme.
4. Suspicious Behavior and Shady Business Practices:

After further research, we discovered numerous other users have faced similar issues with Premium Press. Mark Fail has a history of being defensive, offering forced refunds, and refusing to offer support for his products. On top of this, his profile picture and videos on his website seem to be AI-generated or sourced from stock images, further raising doubts about the legitimacy of his business.

Several users have reported that even when refunds are processed, they never actually receive them—another reason we do not trust his word.

His final response to us seemed to be an attempt to cover himself legally, offering to allow us to use the theme for free, despite refunding us:

"A full refund has been processed for your order, but as you’ve mentioned, you've spent time on your website, I'm happy for you to continue using the theme at no extra cost. However, due to your email, I am unable to offer any further help or support."

"I wish you all the luck with your business and strongly recommend you think before sending such emails again in the future."

This final email shows a complete lack of professionalism, essentially blaming us for his lack of support and attempting to silence our dissatisfaction.

very bad support for me. there is only one support and developer first of all, i mean support and developer is the same person. secondly, i asked for help and did not help me in a lot of things. He also did not answer some of the questions and this is what he quoted:"Many thanks for your email,

Please have patience as it's a Sunday evening.

The header/design you have chosen doesnt have login links as its not part of the design. Iv selected a different one which has them for you."

I mean what does it mean? "Please have patience as it's a Sunday evening." who answers like that?

Maybe he is developer but as human and as support he is zero. after that i asked again for some help again, he was not able to help me i told him that he did not know his own theme, which about he got angry and instantly refunded amount to me without asking me.

So.... Now you take decisions on your own to buy from Mark Fail or not!
