I bought a carseat for my newborn and the delivery time was between 3-6 weekdays. I only receive the product after 10 working days and it arrived missing a part. I tried calling the customer service, was on the line for more than 45 minutes and nobody picked up the phone. Afterwards when I would try to call again it would just hangout automatically after the automatic message to choose the options. The chatbot also really doesn’t help, it keep showing the same message every time that the deliver was between 3-6 working days. I tried to connect with an agent through the chat but every time again no agents available. This was for many days in a row.
To conclude, very bad customer service. I decided to return the product myself on the store and buy somewhere else. Such a hassle for a 36 weeks pregnant woman.
